Dr. Shuster is great. Very professional & straight forward. He doesn't mind answering any questions. I am glad that I didn't judge this office based on the receptionist because she is not a reflection of him at all. She is very short & does not give clear answers when asked for clarifications, but seemed to magically know when she was asked by the doctor.

I am so grateful to Dr Shuster for helping me resolve an ongoing issue that I was having! I was able to get an appointment right away and his staff is very kind. Dr Shuster is amazing. He is very caring and takes his time explaining things thoroughly. He has tons of experience and it shows. Besides having the skills needed to be an excellent oral surgeon, he is a people person and when you're in pain, this is worth it's weight in gold. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Shuster is a great oral surgeon and I would definitely recommend him. He is knowledgeable and friendly, and will take the time to explain everything and answer all your questions before procedures. Unfortunately, there seems to be some scheduling issues as I had a wait of over 2 hours to be seen for my appointment, which is pretty inexcusable and unprofessional. I understand you can get backed up, but my appointment was at 9:45 and I did not see the doctor until noon with no explanation or apology.

I write this as I am waiting for over 90 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The receptionist was also rude when I made my appointment over the phone. I would not recommend this place.

Great doc with immense exp and knowledge. I don't like the receptionist who is rude uncultured and not dressed well according to this place.

Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to. He is a skilled Oral Surgeon and a very personable man. He extracted a tooth for me with a minimum of pain and discomfort. But the kicker is, he called my house at 10 pm to make sure I was ok. I highly recommend him.

Incredible office of professionals. My daughter had two gum abscesses that caused her face to swell as a result of her adult teeth aggravating the stubborn baby teeth that wouldn't loosen. Her dentist referred us to another surgeon, however their week and a half wait for only a consultation didn't sit quite well with me. The office manager was able to schedule an appointment within two days of my calling and after the consultation with Dr. Shuster an emergency request was made to have the teeth removed. I wish all providers identified the urgency in client-centered care as he did and I'm forever grateful. Thank you Dr. Shuster and to your awesome team.

Dr. Shuster and his staff are amazing. Coming from someone who is (was) a nervous wreck getting her wisdom tooth pulled, I couldn't have asked for a more attentive, calm, nurturing and kind doctor. The entire process took under a minute and is honestly something that I would do ALL over again (not really, but if I had to.. I would!). His nurse held my hand the entire time and instantly calmed my worries down. The extraction itself was painless and since the procedure, I haven't needed to take anything for pain, because there hasn't been any! Every single person who works there is kind and nurturing. I highly recommend this wonderful man and his amazing staff to anyone who is in need of oral surgery.
