For more than 25 years, Dr. Harvey H Breckner has been treating the dentistry needs of patients in the Edwardsville area. Through multiple national training seminars that he attends annually, including the Noble Biocare Implant All-on-Four seminar, Dr. Breckner stays on top of the latest medical advances and treatments.
It is not unusual to be anxious when it comes to having work done on your teeth. Because it's more common than you think and because we recognize that not every patient is comfortable in the dentist's chair, Dr. Breckner will walk you through the entire treatment plan. The doctor will answer all of your questions before you make any decisions.

Absolutely Fabulous! Wonderful staff, and an excellent doctor. Dr. Breckner was able to correct my TMJ-D and provide pain relief. 29 years of chronic pain, is GONE!

Dr. Breckner is a life saver. He saw me same day (I wasn't even one of his patients) with the worst toothache I have ever had and resolved all the issues quickly and completely. He didn't have time, but he made time when no one else would. When you're looking for a dentist don't you want one that is empathetic and will go above and beyond when you have an emergency and need immediate help? Dr. Breckner is officially my dentist from now on

I highly recommend anyone in the area see Dr. Breckner. The office is very nice and clean and everyone I worked with there was wonderful. I initially went to Dr. Breckner for a root canal and subsequently for regular cleanings. He identified some structural issues with my bite and put a plan in place to remediate those issues. It wasn't cheap, but he and his team worked with me to provide a solution I could afford and scheduled procedures to ensure my insurance would cover the maximum amount. The procedures and cleanings themselves always went well and I always felt comfortable because everyone I worked with was friendly and made it a point to communicate exactly what they were doing and why.

I have never had a better dental experience than I did with Dr. Breckner! I broke my tooth 4 hours before a big event and I called their office as they are one of the few offices open in Edwardsville past 12 on a Friday. The office manager, Gina, was incredibly kind and worked with me to find a cosmetic solution to my issue. They brought me in immediately and I was in and out within an hour. The staff and doctor were knowledgeable and explained the process to me so I knew what was happening at all times. I've never felt more at ease in a dental chair!

I would highly recommend Dr. Breckner for any dental needs you have. I saw Dr. Breckner for severe TMJ and jaw pain. It was excruciating on a daily basis, enough I had to take 1000mg of Tylenol to make it bearable. I have tri-care insurance, so it's difficult to find a dentist on and off base to help with this type of issue due to insurance. Dr. Breckner was recommended to treat my TMJ and jaw pain, and after two weeks of being treated, my pain started to subside noticeably. The staff was extremely helpful with any questions or concerns I had regarding insurance and was accommodating to my busy schedule. In one instance I did have a freak accident during treatment, my jaw slipped out of place and the pain came back. Like other dentists, I expected him to just blow me off to see me the following week. (the issue happened past closing time on a Friday). However I was pleasantly surprised when he came in on the weekend, along with his staff, to help with my pain. It took over a year to treat my dental issues, but I am now pain free and have full range of motion with my jaw. I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Breckner, and would really recommend his services to anyone.
