Early into his residency and specialization in orthodontics, Dr. Keith Harvey recognized that a great practice is equal parts professional and personal. Patients expect and deserve a great smile, and because every patient is unique, they also deserve a treatment experience that caters to their unique dentition and lifestyle. So Dr. Harvey launchedhis practicein Mobile with an emphasis on infusing personality with clinical expertise to create a better orthodontic experience. After all, personal and professional are the foundations of trust between patient and practitioner, whether in the patient is in need of braces for adults or children, so Dr. Harvey decided to make these the hallmarks of his office.

We know that when trust and communication are great so, too, are the orthodontic experience and smile outcome. So the team and I want to make sure that patients know were listening to them because their cares and concerns are part of our overall treatment plan. This collaboration is what really sets us apart.

Dr. Harvey is a native Mobilian and graduate of UMS Wright. Along with his wife, Ashley, and their four sons, William, Reid, Drew, and Dex, he enjoys family-centric activities. Outside of the office youll find Dr. Harvey and his family traveling, hunting, and cheering on the Crimson Tide. He has a deep seeded love of music, and was even the lead singer in a band during dental school. Dr. Harvey is a board certified orthodontist and graduate of the University of Alabama. After receiving his dental degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, he attended the Louisiana State University School of Dentistry, where he completed his orthodontic residency and specialization.

In addition to his academic qualifications, Dr. Harvey takes an active role in meeting and exceeding the standards of his profession. He is an active member of the Cleft Palate Team in Southwest Alabama where he and Dr. Thomas serve as their only orthodontists. He has treated hundreds of patients with cleft lip/palate and other dentofacial deformities. Dr. Harvey is a part-time faculty member of the Orthodontic department at the UAB School of Dentistry.

We recognize that all of our patients are unique and deserve to receive orthodontic care that reflects their individual needs. Our team is an integrated, specialized group of professionals that have been specifically selected and trained for their individual talent, as well as their ability to be effective team members and compassionate care providers.

Karen is our Practice Administrator. She has over 20 years of management experience and has been in the dental field for 10 of those. Karen is originally from North Alabama, but loves calling Mobile home now. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family.

Sarah is our Marketing Manager and Treatment Coordinator at the Mobile Street and University Boulevard locations. She graduated from Auburn University in 2017 with a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies and has been in the events & marketing field since. Sarah enjoys boating with friends, watching Auburn football - 'War Eagle!', and spending time with her husband, Tommy, and their two dogs, Sugar and Shep.

Kayla is our Treatment Coordinator at the University Boulevard and Snow Road locations and has been with our practice for 5 years. She has her license in Dental Hygiene. She loves spending time with her husband Rick and their four children - Hunter, Caroline, Maci, and Annie. When not at work, she loves seafood, going to the beach and boating with her family. Pink is her favorite color!

Payton is one of our Observation Coordinators and loves to see the kids in our 'OBS Club.' She has been with us for 2 years, and in the dental field for 7 years. Payton enjoys spending time with her 3 year old son, Rivers. Her favorite way to start the morning is with a coffee from Yellowhammer!

Courtney is one of our Observation Coordinators and has been with our practice for 1 year. She has been in the dental field for 12 years and has her license in Dental Hygiene. She has been married to Matt for 5 years and they have a sweet daughter named Madalyn. In her spare time, she loves being with her family outdoors and going to the beach. A fun fact about Courtney is that she is left handed.

Mandy is our New Patient Coordinator and has been with us for over 2 years. She has been married to her husband, Hunter, for 4 years and they have a son named Walsh and a dog named Penny. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys traveling with her family and recently picked up a new hobby in embroidery!

Michelle is our Insurance Coordinator and has been with our practice for 4 years. She is a proud mom of three children - Madeline, Morgandy, and Grayson. She also has a Miniature Schnauzer named Murphy! Her favorite place to vacation is in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. She loves getting her nails done and rooting for the New Orleans Saints.

Jamie is our Financial Coordinator. She has been in the dental field for 17 years. Jamie has a horse named Coco and two barn kitties. She loves spending her spare time out in the country or having fun at a concert!

Debbie is one of our Scheduling Coordinators and has been with our practice for 3 years. She is newly married to her high school sweetheart, Brandon. When not at work, you can find her at the park with her dog, Jocko. Her favorite sweet treat is a Bahama Mama from Tropical Smoothie.

Sarah Beth is a Scheduling Coordinator and is also our very own in house graphic design guru. She graduated from the University of South Alabama with a BFA in Graphic Design. In her spare time, Sarah Beth enjoys completing home renovation projects and cooking for family and friends. She currently lives in Mobile with her Goldendoodle, Captain.

Hailey is a Scheduling Coordinator. She has worked in the dental field for 5 years. Hailey has two dogs, Finley and Bailey. She loves spending time with her niece, nephew, and fianc Cam. When she's not working, Hailey enjoys going to the beach, painting, and eating at Taco Mama!

Janice is our Lab Tech and has been with the practice since the beginning. She has a son named Kyle and enjoys reading and hiking in her spare time. Janice loves to travel abroad - her favorite places to visit are Ireland and Scotland.

Dee is our Clinical Coordinator and has been with our practice for 22 years. She follows Dr. Harvey to all three offices. She has her license in Dental Hygiene. Dee and her husband Chris love cheering on their two boys, Brayden and Brody, at soccer and baseball games. When not on the field, they are enjoying sunshine at the beach!

Jasmine is a Clinical Assistant and has been with our practice for 5 years. Her office nickname is Jazzy! She has two dogs, Maizie and Milo, who both love wearing rainboots outside. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family. The furthest place she has traveled is Thailand where she got to ride an elephant! Pasta is her favorite dish.

Lucy is a Clinical Assistant who has been with our practice for 4 years. She was born in Cuba and moved to the US at 13 years old. Her favorite things to do outside of work are salsa dance, cook, exercise, and spend time with her family. She has 2 four-legged babies at home named Kira & Kobe. Lucy loves to travel - especially back home to Cuba where she and her fianc, Andy, have future plans to tie the knot with both of their families.

Carson is a Clinical Assistant and has been with our practice for 6 years. She follows Dr. Thomas to all three offices. She has a sweet Husky named Todd. You can meet Carson at the finish line because she is a running enthusiast and runs 6 miles everyday! For relaxation time, she loves catching rays at the beach.

Karla is a Clinical Assistant and has been with the practice for 22 years. She has experience in both orthodontics and oral surgery. She is a huge Alabama fan and enjoys her time at the beach. She has one son named Shelby and a dog named Ginger.

Tracy is a Clinical Assistant who has been with our practice for 15 years. She has her license in Dental Hygiene. She is married to Fred and they have 3 children - Tucker, Caroline, and Seth, 3 dogs, and a cat. Tracy enjoys fishing and boating with friends and family.

Marissa is a Clinical Assistant and uLab Coordinator that has been with us for 2 years. She enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her family and friends. Marissa started working here right out of high school and is now our in-house aligner guru!

Mallory is a Clinical Assistant and has been with our practice for 3 years. She has 5 years of general dentistry experience. She and her husband, Dillon, have been married for 6 years and together they have a 3-year-old daughter, Riley, and a 10-year-old Labrador Retriever, Kya. When not at work, she loves spending time with her family and working on her fixer upper home. If she could meet any celebrities, it would be Chip and Joanna Gaines.

Ciara is a Clinical Assistant and has been with our practice for 3 years. She has 8 years of experience total in the dental field. She has a 2-year-old son named Maverick, and a Goldendoodle named Bentley - they are best friends. She loves spending her days off with family and friends at Lake Martin. A fun fact about Ciara is that she is cross trained for every position in our practice!

Anna is a Clinical Assistant and has been in the ortho field for 7 years. She has a fur baby named Spencer, and on the weekends you can find her spending time with family, traveling, and listening to her boyfriend Joseph's band play.
