With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Renee obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree (DDS) from the prestigious New York University, graduating at the top of her class with honors, with educational emphases in Reconstructive and Cosmetic Dentistry. At NYU, home to The Rosenthal Institute for Esthetics, Dr. Renee received personal one-on-one training in Cosmetic Dentistry from Founder Dr. Larry Rosenthal, a truly one of a kind experience sought after by the most elite of doctors in the field.
The premier Level-One Trauma Center in the heart of Manhattan NY provided her advanced training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Implant Dentistry, Pediatrics, Cosmetics, Sedation and treatment of High-Risk Medically Compromised patients all within a hospital setting. Rotations completed amongst her Physician colleagues in departments of Anesthesia, General Surgery and Emergency Medicine, she is well versed and comfortable in treating the most complicated of patient cases.
Her Undergraduate education was completed with honors at the University of Southern California, obtaining her BS Degree in Biological Gerontology. Having participated in a multitude of philanthropic activities in the underserved communities surrounding the Los Angeles, West LA and Hollywood areas she is a proud Trojan Alumni through and through.
Dr. Renee is a native of Southern California, having grown up along the beautiful beaches of Manhattan and Redondo Beach. A child of the warm west-coast, she welcomed exchanging her surf-board and beach volleyball activities with skiing and enjoying the the colder climate the many years she lived in New York City. When away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her young niece and nephew Leila and Logan, her parents Jim and Mina, and her beloved Maltese puppy, Zoey (ZoZo for short). You can also find her actively supporting and participating in USC Alumni events year round in support of her Alma mater, as well as the many local charities she has been a member of in the OC and LA communities throughout the years.
In order to stay abreast of the latest and most up to date research and development in the field of Dentistry and Oral Medicine, each year Dr. Renee attends a myriad of national and local Dental Conferences and lecture series, completing many hours of Continuing Education.
Knowing its essential to stay current on developments in oral healthcare, cosmetic and reconstructive Dentistry she seeks out courses that will most benefit her patients. This ensures each person receives the highest level of care, and the most appropriate treatment options and the latest technology available.
