I have been a patient at Hartwell Dental for years and I am consistently pleased with their work AND the friendliness of the staff. I currently see Dr. Whitney Berelc and her calm, soothing demeanor puts me at ease. Thank you, Dr. Berelc and front office ladies! I appreciate you.

I went to the dentist due to having problems with my gums. My teeth have a gap in the front so I have been made fun of quite a bit about it, wouldn't think that's something you should have to worry about at a professional business such as the dentists office. Wrong! The woman that took me back said she would go get the dentist to get his opinion on what was going on and I heard her go into the next room and start talking to dr Kay, then I heard my name and they proceeded to make jokes about me. Would not recommend this place. Absolutely terrible. I was in tears when I left. Zero stars!

Called 9 times to make an appointment and they will pick up the phone then hang it up. You can hear people talking in the background when they pick it up. Very disappointing for a business!

Dr. Kay is the man!! Puts me at ease, always does excellent work, and gives me goofy gas so I don't freak out during the procedure. 10/10 Will go again (and so should you!)

Dr Berelc is the absolute BEST dentist. I'm a wimp when it comes to the dentist and when my dentist retired, I was afraid that a new dentist wouldn't understand but I was so wrong! I've had 2 emergency dental issues in the past year and Dr Berelc was awesome. She understood that I was a wimp and she did everything possible to make sure that I was comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Berelc and staff at Hartwell Dental!! I know that I'm getting great dental care from a dentist that is kind and understands me!

I can't say enough about the great work both Dr. Kay and Dr. Berelc did for me in my many experiences with them. Along with their awesome staff, Hartwell Dental Associates is without a doubt the best dental practice you could ask for.

Dr. Kay has been my dentist since I was a small child. He and his dental assistant have always made me feel comfortable. I have always received superb care at Hartwell Dental Associates. Dr kay is the best but the lady is a lair and needs her dentist license pulled..she pulled wrong teeth but insists that she didn't..she is very unprofessional..I won't recommended no to go to her..never again
