I am the wife of Dr. Hendricks. I have been in the practice 25 years in both business and clinical aspects. For me, dentistry is all about the people we serve obtaining the best health possible: nothing is more rewarding than people feeling and looking better because of what we do.
Tiffany Henley is a 2014 graduate of Stark State College. She is passionate about dentistry and giving the best oral care for her patients. She is OraSpa Certified and stays current with new techniques and the latest findings. Outside of the office, she enjoys doing anything outdoors, like hiking, kayaking, four-wheeling, hunting and mountain biking.
I love getting to know people and helping them out with their dental needs. I believe in giving our patients the best dental care possible. I am passionate about natural health solutions backed by science, and eco-friendly practices in our office. I have a Master of Public Health, with a specialty in Environmental Health. In my spare time, I enjoy writing, running, raising monarch butterflies, and spending time with family.

All of the staff and the Dr. Are just so nice.I can tell you going to the dentist used to be my least favorite thing to do. Dr. Hendrix is just so calm and professional. The hygienist has won me over. The Dr. also takes care of my parents and my wife. He is a life saver for them as they had some real issues. Thank you Dr. And staff.

Where do I start? What an awesome blessing Dr. Hendricks and his entire staff has been to me. It all started as an emergency visit almost 2 years ago. I developed sudden pain at 7pm. Googled emergency Dentists and Dr. Hendricks practice came up. I took a chance and called, never thinking That anyone would answer the phone at 7 o'clock in the evening. By my surprise they did answer their phone! I explained my issue, they said could you come right now? Dr. Hendricks immediately knew what was wrong. He calmed my fears and was kind and patient. Dr. Hendrix stayed after hours took his time and solved my issues. I have severe anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Hendricks is so calm and soothing, and his staff made me feel comfortable and took care of the problem. I can't say enough about how wonderful this dental practice has been to me. I've never been to another dentist since. If you're looking for a Dentist that will treat you like a friend, be kind, listen to you and take extra good care all of your dental needs this is the place to go. I thank Dr. Hendricks and his wonderful, kind and caring staff for easing my fears. I could go on and on about the many times that they accommodated my unique set of circumstances. Dr. Hendricks, Patty and the whole staff continue to make going to the dentist the best experience. Thank you and I appreciate you all!

Unfortunately, extremely rude and dismissive. I tried asking a couple of questions about things as he tried stating that I would need something extensive done that did not seem correct and even differed from what another dentist had told me but didn't have the availability to get it corrected for me quickly (I was in a little bit of pain and had the time to take off of work at the moment - this dentists schedule was available and I had brought all of the information to the first wxam/appointment). I had asked prior to setting the appointment if they would be able to do the exact procedure that day following the exam so long as I sent over the dental records from the other Specialist. They said yes, which is why I went in. He was taking a more "old school" (for lack of a better term) approach and I had brought up what the other dentist had mentioned, which was less invasive and had a higher success rate for longevity. He kept cutting me off telling me I didn't know what I was talking about and tried bringing up the notations from the other Specialist but he didn't care. They didn't even do a cleaning or anything that day and also stated I'd have to pay for another visit; despite me sending everything upfront before setting up an appointment so I could plan well or look for somewhere else to go. Ultimately, I walked out and they submitted a bill to my insurance for an exam and cleaning LOL. I ended up disputing it and thankfully found a more reliable dentist the following day that DID agree with the other Specialists opinion and did a wonderful job. She agreed that the dentist from this location also had a very old school mindset and would be setting up patients for potential failure. Absolutely would not recommend this location. Very unprofessional and rude.

OMG!! Why go anywhere else??? This place is amazing, if you have to go to the dentist and want the Ferrari of dentist this is the place to go! I'm not the most couragous person when it comes to going to the dentist but these people make it fun and painless. I actually look forward to going!

Hartville family dentistry has been awesome to me. I started going in 2019. Dr.Hendricks has always kept his word, and followed through with his promises. The staff has done an awesome job walking me through the process on what's going on. As well as keeping me posted when my next visit is with them by sending me reminder text messages. I highly recommend checking out dr.scott Hendricks. It's been by far the best experience I've had with any dentist.

I highly recommend Dr. Hendricks in Hartville. He is the best, most educated dentist and keeps updated on all the new things dentistry has to offer. His staff is awesome. They actually treat you like family. I've literally went there in my slippers before. They are true professionals with a welcoming, kind nature. The staff is so friendly. I feel better after my appointment than I did before I went in. Who would ever think a dentist could make your visit that pleasant? I have been going there for years and I still free great when I leave! If you're looking for a dentist give Dr. Hendricks a call. I promise you won't regret it.
