It was amazing having Dr Gardner as my dentist, however after he retired and I needed to go in, they Would not return my phone calls for 3 weeks. When I finally got someone to tell me what was going on, they couldn't see me because I was going to be considered a "new patient" and he's not taking new patients right now. When I asked why I wasn't ever responded to in 3 weeks the lady told me because you have in your file that your last two appointments were cancelled and that's why I was never called back. HORRIBLE way to treat patients! So needless to say, I'm finding a new dentist!

This is a very professional and welcoming dentist office. I love Dr. Gainey and his assistant and his hygienists as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone is great here and I highly recommend this dentist office to everyone!

I am a patient of Dr. Russo and not only is he a great dentist he is also a good friend. He takes the time to talk to you and if you care about an issue, he cares mores. I am glad that I made the switch from my old dentist to Dr. Russo. He has treated my wife and I with great care and professional work. You are a good hands with Dr. Russo and I highly recommend him as your next dentist.
