I hate the dentist so I was nervous going in but Dr. Smith made my visit easy! I didn't even feel the shots for my temporary crown!

Drew and his staff are awesome! His assistant Tiffany is great and so personable. They truly feel like family. He's quick and does amazing work. Your family will love it here!

This dentist is rude condescending and full of himself the staff is rude (Especially Mary). He swears all the time and he does not know how to properly put on a crown! Decay & infection set in do to the improperly placed crown. I had to have another one put on to replace it. ........................ STAY AWAY!!............................ I have also never had a medical professional tell me"my problems are not his problems" Especially when your there for a problem!!

Smith is technically excellent. He has been my dentist since he opened his practice in Hartland. He has correctly diagnosed my too many teeth issues. He is really good with that composit stuff. His infection control practices are spot on.

Dr. Drew provides good services, however, the office is nerve wracking. Loud music all the time and he cusses while working. It is anything but calming in this dentist office. On Thursday, July 9, after waiting 50 minutes, I asked the receptionist how long before anyone was going to begin working on me. Dr. Drew came out of a room, looked at me and said, "if you don't like it, you can leave."

Love Dr. Smith and his staff. Dr. Smith explains everything he is doing and is excellent with kids. My daughters love coming here.

Tiffany was great, patient and very knowlegable. Felt comfortable being in this dentist office. Dr Smith was great too!! I'll defientely refer people to this office. Thanks for making me feel confident!

The staff is always friendly and go above and beyond to put us at ease. They keep me updated on cost and let me know upfront what needs to be done

Dr. Smith and his staff are very professional and they always take great care of our family's teeth. We have been patients for quite a long time and highly recommend Hartland Family Dental to any of our friends and family.
