Dr. Ross is amazing, she truly cares about peoples teeth and smile. Catherine did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend Hartland to everyone needing dental care .

This office is always provides prompt and professional service. It is so nice to walk into an office at the time of your appointment and they are ready for you, no long waits! I love the staff here. 10/10 recommended

I USED TO absolutely love this dentist office and previously gave them 5 stars. Sad to say that I would now give them less than one star as it pertains to their customer service!!! I had been a patient for several years and upon arriving for my last appointment a few months back, I was informed that my appointment was canceled due to fact that I didn't respond to their message reminding me of my appointment. I was also informed that it is stated in the paperwork that patients sign that appointments will be canceled if no response to appointment reminders within a certain time frame. Well I'm sorry little miss receptionist ma'am. Please forgive me for not remembering/recalling all of the fine print on documents that I signed years ago. Here's a good customer service idea: maybe when you are leaving an appointment reminder message, take just a couple of seconds more to include the cancelation clause. In all the years that I've gone there, never have I simply not shown up for an appointment. But shoulder shrug,...their business their rules. So I politely asked if I could have my last set of Invisalign trays (that I have already paid for) as I will be taking my business elsewhere. Little Miss Receptionist went to go look for the trays only to return empty handed stating that they are remodeling the office and some things are in boxes and she will have to look for the trays and call me back. Fast forwarding several months and calls later, I still do not have my trays. I left a message for the office manager today and if I do not receive a call back, my call will be to their corporate office and to the BBB. My patience for the BS and empty promises is depleted!!!

I am currently on my third week with Invisalign. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful with all of my questions. Every office visit has been a great experience!

The staff was nice, had an extraction yesterday but today I can't reach anyone and for some reason it is in terrible throbbing pain for the last two hours and there is no way to even leave a message. No one said they would be closed on Friday. They said call if I need assistance. Other than the inability to reach a nurse or someone even an answering service it is a good place to go.

I visited Hartland because my regular dentist was on vacation and I needed to see someone right away. The staff was amazing. If I didn't already love my current dentist I would be staying with Hartland.
