This was the worst experience I've ever had at a medical facility. I came in for a check up after an emergency surgery and ended up running out in tears. When I arrived I couldn't find the entrance because there's no signage in the confusing area of the building. They told me the wrong appointment time over the phone and kept referring to me as "early" even though they're the ones that made a mistake. The receptionist even admitted to not being clear over the phone. I ended up waiting in the exam room for 45 minutes before someone came in. The person that came in did not know what I was there for and said something about an extraction when I was only there for a check up. That's when I started to get upset. I expressed that I wanted to leave because I didn't feel safe and that I was frustrated at the wait time. At that point the nurse came in and rudely said "I told you the surgeon was running late because of a surgery!" I responded that she had not told me that and she said "oh yeah maybe I told the other lady". I would avoid this place at all costs. At best it's very poorly run at worst it's not safe. Even the equipment was old and dirty looking. The receptionist was nice and that's the only good thing I have to say.

Not the best experience. The RD was rude and second guess the diagnosis of her student intern causing a delay on treatment, something that was supposed to be 1 hr turn into 8 hrs. No empathy towards patients. Clerical staff and nurses were excellent and really helpful.

Dentist did great work, but I know my mouth is infected I went back and the woman covering told me oh you just have food particles and mind you I didn't eat at all that day and I brushed my teeth Later on that evening a piece of what I said oozed out my mouth and it smelled bad. So I don't think I will be visiting again to have my teeth pulled. And I'm still in pain from the procedure from last week.
