Words can't describe how wonderful Dr James and his staff are. I had to have extractions done and couldn't believe how quick it was done and didn't really have any pain. Just minor soreness. I'd definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Have tried for two weeks almost every day to reach this office and keep getting sent to their full (probably never checked) voicemail box. Either this office is no longer open or they just don't care to have your business.

I had the greatest experience with the staff over at this establishment. They made me feel so comfortable while I got my extractions! I would recommend this place to anyone . Great atmosphere and vibe .

Dr James and his staff are top notch. I'm terrified of the dentist they all were super nice and patient. I had a few teeth removed and I felt nothing and remembered any if it. Highly recommend Dr. James

I had a tooth removed couple weeks ago and I am pleased with the service I received. Dr. James is highly experienced and efficient and his staff was very friendly and professional. My prescriptions post-op was ready for me at the pharmacy by the time I got home and the front desk even called to check in! I will be using them again and would definitely recommend their services to others.

All the staff was nice and the doctor was good. I had a tooth pulled and it was very fast and easy. It was actually surprisingly fast from the others I had pulled in the past at other places. The aftercare instructions was good and I called with questions and they answered very fast and helped out with everything I asked.

I had a horrible experience I wouldn't give them a star but I had to . I came here because I have severe anxiety which my heart rate jumps so high and I have a panic attack. I also have adverse reactions from the novacaine on my heart. I was fine when they put me to sleep. I had 7 teeth extracted I woke up to not being able to breathe and I was trying to get the doctors attention and they walked out so I threw my phone to get there attention they got so mad I felt pushed out they didn't have any compassion

Horrible experience. JAW SURGERY. Seek care elsewhere.!! Incompetent staff, unclear surgical procedures, no after care instructions given , prescriptions called in to pharmacy and patient received no directions about the 4 meds given. Especially when some meds no sense what so ever. Meds were never explained prior to procedure. Woken up from surgery and IMMEDIATELY walked out the back of the building. No, how are you feeling, would you like a sip of water... NOTHING, just ok time to go!! My husband stumbled out of the building still very sedated. Doctors never saw patient awake to explain any findings post procedure. Procedure that was said to be done in consultation prior to surgery was not the one completed. Young woman at the front desk and answering calls was absolutely clueless and "didn't normally work the desk". This is not how a surgeons office should be run or treat patients. Very much regret ever trusting them with our care.

The attitude and personality of the assistants is the only reason i am giving one star. However after consulting with lawyers and other dental offices you SHOULD NEVER sign a consent form that give the doctor free and voluntary consent to use his professional opinion during your surgery to do as he pleases with out consulting who you brang or you. The other issue which is against the law and now i will have a lawyer recieve it is recieving a copy of the consent form. According to my lawyer if a doctor cannot give you a copy there is something going on. I am glad everyone had a great experience but you need to read what you sign because i didnt and i signed one like this and now im missing 2 teeth because i gave the doctor my free and voluntary consent to use his professional opinion.

I had a tooth removed today. I can't say enough about the staff and Dr. James. I am terrified of these types of procedures and once they knew they were kind and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. James and the whole staff. My procedure went painlessly and quick. Very relieved!! 5 stars!!!

My wife had a tooth extracted here and we had to keep calling about after care and a prescription that was never called in. The receptionist that answers the phone is rude and incompetent. If you dont care about how your treated as a person or the ignorance that comes with this place, then this is the place for you. However if you want to be treated like a human being and not like a dog then i would highly suggest seeking out a different oral surgeon.

I had all my wisdom teeth removed here, the staff are the most friendly you will find! I tend to faint when I haven't eat for a while, and the staff were so cautious with it, they did an excellent Job. I recommend 100% if you need your wisdom teeth removed!
