I've yet to have a negative experience there. Dr. Hart takes good care of the chompers I have. I'm treated very well there.

They have multiple accounts, research her before you trust the 5 star reviews. Her small parking lot is often empty for a reason. They have a "no parents allowed policy " stating lack of space, despite their back office being quite large. My kids were banished because my daughter CRIED !!! Very aggressively she told us to go to a dentist in Carlinville and urged us not to mentioned that she referred us!! Not a 5 star Office, research deeper before choosing your childs care.

I have been going here for years and for years I have had issues. Caps not staying in, fillings falling out, braces not staying on, and the moment I had any questions the dentist laughs in my face and becomes combative. I would not recommend going here, Litchfield is well worth the drive.

Dr. Hart is a great dentist and would highly recommend Her and the staff as friendly and professional .
