I would advise EVERYONE to not come up in any of these Medi-cal offices expecting total PERFECTION. I don't like waiting either, but we have to be patient, in order for these people to make a profit, these offices must have a good volume of patients so yes chances are there will be a substantial wait time involved, but as someone who's been to like 90% of the other clinics I can tell you Dr. Hart is BEYOND fair and respectful and I've personally witnessed him treating all different kinds of patients EQUALLY, with the same dignity and respect we are all entitled to. The people with the negative reviews were likely disrespectful and he may have dished it back, but after being to dozens of dentist office from Coachella to Cats City, Palm Springs, all over Riverside County, I can tell you this is AS GOOD AS IT GETS. He's giving discounts while others are ripping off unsuspecting customers cuz they think cuz you got a decent vehicle, it justifies ripping you off. I'm not an employee nor am I being paid to write this. I just wish someone had pointed me in the right direction from the getgo, and that is all I am trying to do for others as a grateful patient of Dr. Hart. One thing to keep in mind is that this dentist came recommended by staff from a top notch pricey dentist office in Palm Springs, they know some of us can't afford their services and basically they recommend him due to his reputation amongst other dentists & the consistent satisfaction of returning patients. Thank you (and your team) sir for providing upstanding service, bless you all.

I love Dr. Hart and staff. I've had very bad experiences at the dentist and have a lot of anxiety, Doc Hart has never hurt me and is quick!!! The work he has done for me has been perfect, the crown he made me is the nicest looking tooth in my mouth, it looks SO natural! Julie; Michelle and the rest of the staff are awesome.

Iv been to some dentist and this 1 has been ok so far for me and my kid. The dentist is a little fast a. But he has dune good work for me and has been afordabull

Our entire family only goes to doc Hart. Reason is, he treats us like family from the moment we walked in we are treated with professionalism compassion and respect. Yesterday I was afraid, I had infection in my mouth doc Hart put me at ease and gracefully pulled 4 teeth, placed 6 crowns and did 2 root canals. I've never been able to smile in my life until now...in tears right now with how beautiful my smile is. Plus he probably saved my life because of the infection thank you so much Doc Hart! I am eternally grateful.

The only reason they get a star is because I can't go negative. Burned my mouth terribly. Dentures on bottom have never fit, haven't had solid food in 7 months, lost 40 pounds. Put my dentures in yesterday, they caused burns to the roof of my mouth, and my teeth were off by a half inch. I said I can't go to work like this, he said " now you're just being a" and stopped. When he initially took my teeth. There was no suction, I swallowed untold amounts of blood. Vomiting for hours afterwards. In addition, small piece of tooth lodged in the back of my throat, head to jump out of chair, ring into hallway to find a sink to spit piece out. He yells at his employees in front of patients, discusses politics, and the office conversation is inappropriate. Never seen such a unprofessional operation.

My first visit I waited WELL past the appointment time before being seen. Front desk did not apologize or even tell me why I was waiting until I went up and asked WELL after my appointment time. I waited over an HOUR past my appointment time to be seen. Dr Hart was rude and unprofessional. He griped at and about staff (current and former) in front of patients. When I was finally seen after my x-rays he spent all of maybe 2 minutes if that looking in my mouth. Rattled off a few dental terms to his assistant and asked me a question and left. I went ahead and scheduled a 2nd appointment thinking he had a bad day and also didn't want to pay extra to go to another dentist with my dental insurance. My next appointment was yet again a long wait. When finally seen for what I thought was going to be a cleaning and a filling, ended up being just a filling. Not what I was told when I booked the appointment. I waited alone in a room for a long time. Dr Hart came in and gave me Novocain, once numb he filled my tooth. After the Novocain wore off I was in horrible pain. He had the dental drill against my tongue causing a wound. I still am in pain several weeks later. I went to another dentist and the way he did my filling has actually caused the root of my tooth to begin to die. This dentist is horrible. Should not be in practice. Do not go here. I now have to have extractions and more fillings.

Dr. Hart is extremely proffessional!! We didn't see eye to eye and talked about it now we are friends. Very compassionate and worth any wait I might have! One in a million!! Thanks Dr. Hart!!
