Convenient location, great dentists, but..... I made an appointment for a cleaning and then asked about some needed dental repairs. I was brought in to see the cosmetic dentist, a plan was made and a quote was given for everything. It was a great price, so I went for it. An appointment was made for the dental work on the right side. I was in the chair and prior to starting, the dentist asked me what the plan was for the left side since whatever way the right is repaired is dependent of how the left will be in the future. I thought I knew, but once he started explaining I realized I had no idea. How could I sit in the chair and allow them to perform dental work if I don't know the whole cost, or plan? What if they repaired the right side and then I was left not being about to afford to do the left? I left in tears with nothing being done. Sheila then called and offered to make me an appointment with the cosmetic dentist I saw previously and the dentist who was doing the dental work as well as herself to discuss and plan. They came in to meet me before the office opened which was amazing. I went to the appt, we came up with a dental plan I was happy with and I was again told she would contact me to go over the financial aspect, since she wasn't present at the end of the appointment. We discussed a few options via email, and I explained that I was looking for the cost of all the options she had gone over with me so I could make a decision. She said that would be no problem and asked when she could call me. I told her I was available at any time to discuss. She never called me, instead the receptionist called me to ask a question that Sheila needed an answer for, and to schedule my appt but again didn't have financial answers. I made the appointment with the understanding that Sheila would contact me prior to discuss. The only new quote I had been given was for only the top right, which was higher than the original amount quoted for both the upper AND lower right side. Since I didn't understand the difference I called, spoke to the receptionist and asked her if she knew why or could explain. She didn't have that info but said she would again have Sheila reach out to me to go over. She did not. I was ultimately forced to cancel my appointment as the difference wasn't explained to me, and once the original plan changed I had zero idea what the total cost would be and if the amount I had already paid would cover it. I'm heartbroken because I had to scrap the whole plan and ask for a refund when at this point, most of the dental work should be done by now. I tearfully explained to the receptionist that I did NOT want to cancel, I still wanted the work they had offered me. I just wasn't comfortable moving forward without knowing the cost and if it was going to go above the amount I had already paid. Even weeks after I had canceled, I foolishly held out hope Sheila would call me to discuss, but no. NO ONE called me. Bottom line, great place is you don't mind just paying whatever for your dental work. But if you need anything financial discussed....."Our treatment coordinator works for 3 other dentists as well, so she's not here much" a direct quote to me when I asked when she would be in next.

Hands down the most through cleaning I've had in a long time , my hygienist was very knowledgeable, gentle , and friendly ! I am so pleased with everyone in the office

UPDATE SPRING - We have now been happy dental patients for almost 2 full years. Harrisville Dental recently brought onboard a really terrific new Dentist named Marianna to complement the great professional team that's already in place. The office environment continues to be improved, making this a very please place! My wife and I recently moved to town and became new patients here at Harrisville dental. Our experience has been terrific! Front office staff (Michele, Jamie) are friendly and concerned. My hygienist (Loren)was skilled and professional. My new dentist (Dr. Aaron Chen) did a great job talking with me and performing a needed procedure all on my first visit. I am extremely happy that we found such a professional dental practice here in our new home town!

Dr. Farokh and Lauren are the best. They are so kind and patient and very meticulous in their work. If your looking for a great team and the best Dentist, Harrisville Dental is the place to go.

Love coming here everyone is so nice and professional. You can tell they really care about their paitents. They have answered all the questions I had. I definitely recommend coming here

The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their duties. Dr. Faragh has a wonderful sense of humor and is always ready for an interesting conversation. I would never consider going anywhere else.

Delta Dental had inaccurate information on their website stating that Harrisville Dental Associates were in-network. It turns out that the office did not know that the previous dentist was the only one considered "in-network" and not the whole office. It is a ridiculous rule with Delta Dental. The owner and staff at Harrisville Dental Associates went above and beyond to correct this issue with Delta Dental. I can say, I have never seen anyone today go through various hoops to correct an unfortunate situation in such a short amount of time. You do not see this type of professionalism and customer service anymore. All of their staff are top notch there and more than understanding. After witnessing first hand on how they value their patients, I would recommend them to anyone!!! And I am happy they were able to resolve the issue with Delta Dental- Federal and now they are "in-network"! Thank you again for caring!!
