My daughter has an abscessed tooth and instead of referring her to an office I found who was willing to take her and her insurance they wanted her to go to another office who couldn't see her until 1/20 to removed her abscess when she's already had antibiotics and it's causing her pain again this office refuses to send due to the drs preference I just want to get my daughter in somewhere and get this tooth pulled so she's not on repeated antibiotics until January

I took my 3 children in today and they were just so gracious and accommodating. They took really good care of my babies!

If you are able, take your children somewhere else. I'm unsure about the level of training the hygienists have and dentist has been in too big of a hurry to discuss my children's teeth with me. Most concerning at recent visit was a new hygienist seemed to be getting on the job first time training on my 7 year old.

Rarely do I leave a review, but I leave one today in the hopes that it might make a difference for the treatment of other patients. Today was our first visit to HFD - I left feeling incredibly discouraged. I'm a new foster parent, and the lack of compassion and understanding from the dentist on why my child's oral hygiene is the way it is made me wonder if we should come back. Having to explain it in front of my foster child was also incredibly insensitive of this practice. Please consider informing yourself and your team on young patients and caregivers who come from different backgrounds.

Awful, there is no worse place than Because they fixed my three teeth last year and now all three of my teeth have problems and I called a few days ago but they did not accept any responsibility

They work as hard as they can to meet patient needs. I've been to many bad dentists and this is by far a great dentistry. They may seem "unprofessional" as another comment has said but they are here for the hard work and good service over looks.

After 2 years without a cleaning (due to Covid fears), I was surprised to get a diagnosis for 6 fillings. I went and got a 2nd opinion from my old dentist, and he confirmed that that was a legitimate diagnosis.

The receptionist came straight from typing on the computer keyboard to touching my lips with NO GLOVES. I actually almost threw up. What kind of person with any empathy or thoughts does that. And I have been absolutely bawling my eyes out all day after they chipped part of my tooth off right in the front of my mouth. Thanks!

My experience once I got dr.Milan was amazing! My first dentist there told me he couldn't save a tooth. Dr.Milan said he could, he fixed my tooth that day. He talked with me through the whole procedure which made me feel very assured I was in good hands. Thank you so much dr.Milan! Definitely an amazing place to go!

My elderly mother broke a tooth and we were able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The dentist, Dr. Bertros, and staff were excellent and compassionate in treating, assessing and performing the necessary removal of and replacement of her tooth. Many thanks to all. We highly recommend this dental practice.

Something wrong with this place the website says that they are open on Saturday I made my appointment and went there and the place was closed no answer or anything so I went there to waist my time really disappointed would never recommend this place
