Dr. Karina Harrison is a family dentist providing comprehensive dental care to adult and pediatric patients in San Angelo and the surrounding areas. She is fluent in Spanish which is an asset for the Spanish-speaking population of the Concho Valley. A native of Sanderson, Texas, Dr. Harrison completed all of her undergraduate and dental education in the Lone Star State. She graduated from St. Marys University in San Antonio, Texas and went on to enroll in the Baylor College of Dentistry at Texas A&M Universitys System Health Science Center.
Dr. Harrison spent much of her time after dental school in San Angelo, Texas serving underserved patients at a local community health center. She is genuinely committed to comprehensive dentistry and believes that everyone deserves a beautiful, healthy smile.
Dr. Harrison is committed to ongoing education and has pursued certifications in various dental methodologies, including oral conscious sedation and nitrous oxide inhalation sedation. She plans to implementthe placement of prosthodontic dental implants utilizing advanced systems that maximize the outcome of restorative dental services for her patients. She holds President Elect of the San Angelo District Society.
As the mother to two young children and wife to a fellow dentist, Dr. Trevor Harrison, Dr. Karina Harrisons family keeps her busy. Away from the office, she can often be found preparing a big meal at home and spending time with family and friends.
He grew up in Aztec, New Mexico with two loving parents and a brother who now practices law in Washington, D.C. After high school, he left home to attend Hardin Simmons University in Abilene and eventually Baylor College of Dentistry at Texas A&M Universitys System Health Science Center. It was there that he met his beautiful wife and colleague, Dr. Karina Harrison.
Upon graduation, he moved to San Angelo to provide dental care to underserved patients. He continues to be an active leader within the San Angelo dental community and currently serves as the President of the San Angelo District Dental Society.
Sedation dentistry is an important part of his practice, as Dr. Harrison desires that his patients feel comfortable and relaxed during dental treatment. He is certified in oral conscious sedation and nitrous oxide inhalation sedation. Both of which can improve the experience of an oral surgery, implant procedure or cosmetic treatment.

Drs. Trevor and Karina Harrison are great dentists in town! They treat every of my families just like their own. Both doctors are so polite and treat patients with great respect. They are always willing to listen to our questions, discuss with us for our concerns, and provide the best treatment suggestions. More importantly, they have very careful and great techniques! Their dental hygienists and all the other staff members are very nice, too. Highly recommended!

I just moved to San Angelo recently and it was important to me that I find a dentist that keeps up to date with the new technologies and practices and I was truly grateful to find Harrison Dental. Dr. Karina Harrison is incredibly thorough and explains everything so that you know exactly what to the expect. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Dental procedures are never fun but they make it as enjoyable as it can possibly be.

The staff goes above and beyond. Mr. and Mrs. Harrison are the best dentist I have ever encountered in my life, they take the time to listen and explain everything. They made me feel like I could trust them with my children..... I drive into town just to see them, I will never go anywhere else......

Wounderful staff! Greeted with smiles at the front desk. Brittany was great at cleaning & Dr. Harrison was nice as always. I recommend every one to try this team out. I have been to a few DDS' in town, and this is the best place to go. EVERYONE is so nice in this office!

The dentists and dental hygienists are very friendly and kind! A little bit overpriced though. The reason why it is only 3 stars is because the receptionist Robin is very rude. I had to cancel an appointment and she made it seem as if I were inconveniencing her and she has been that way in other occasions as well. I have also seen her mocking someone she was speaking on the phone with while I was in the waiting room. VERY unprofessional. Makes me wonder if she does that to me too! Thumbs down for her!
