The dentists are amazing and do really great work, however the front desk staff are rude, nasty, and petty. Because dental care is needed yet can be expensive and cause anxiety, I would suggest a more pleasant environment where you can receive great work in addition to staff with exceptional personalities such as Blue Ridge Dental Group.

The dentists are amazing and do really great work, however the front desk staff are rude, nasty, and petty. Very unprofessional office staff. They called me demanding a $5 past due balance for my kids. That secretary needs to get a clue and if she is that unhappy then find another job. Absolutely ridiculous
