Schedule an appointment for me and 3 of my kids they were under staffed and couldn't get us another appointment for a month out after they gave me a text and email confirmation of the appointment. This place was unorganized they first visit I went and they apologize for it they had a dentist that recently quit ( I can't imagine why) they deserve a zero star review very unprofessional

Edited, May 2022, 3 years later.. Well, I had this posted as a 5 star review. But after posting they sent me and my husband a letter stating that they would be terminating us as patients. No reason specified. And I have no idea what we may have done to be excluded from this office, so...yeah..3 years later, I still haven't found another dentist that I trust and my teeth are now crumbling, piece by painful piece. Thanks A Bunch Harrisburg Dental!!! ---1st review--- Dr. Spears is very good, very professional Dental hygienist is very sweet and helpful Secretary is nice and accommodating as well Clean, provides Roku TV, no wifi though Office is located in the same building as the day care but is located in back of parking lot. They take medical assistance community plans, it's very difficult to find dentist that takes medical assistance. This is one of two places I could find. Dr. Spears removed two teeth for me, he was quick and efficient, as well as tolerant of the fact I basically couldn't stay still during the surgery . Numbed my mouth & I felt nothing of the tools used, just the pressure, which is normal. They consistently have gotten my fiance and I in and out quickly, we spent no more than 40 mins in the chair at a time. We will be going back here.

Just had an emergency appointment that was canceled because I didn't confirm via text the girl because she is not no women Lashay was so disrespectful. I swear people so big at work but ready to call the cops. I never even went into the building because I know it was not the right time after the conversation with this girl. So I sent my husband in to just make another appointment she pretty much tells him to get out or she calling the cops like smh. I'm sure the dentist are great but it's that front desk manager who enforce policy with out giving clients a choice of a copy of their policy. It's cool Lashay you was wrong very unprofessional and you knew I drove a hour away that's the messed up thing you are extra and soon with enough complaints if you don't do your job right and treat people right and give clients information we are entitled to then I'm sure they will get someone who will gladly get the work done. Smh

Very unprofessional, they sent me in Email for my appointment then claimed that I never confirmed it when I did through Email, then cancelled as I was on my way there. A mistake on there part but they/ office manager claimed my appointment was never confirmed, even though the Email they mistakenly sent me was the wrong day they had for me on file. Never going back to this place. Don't waste your time. Office manager was rude and also hung up on me. Also if any body knows a corporate number for them please reply. The office manager is rude and ignorant and should be fired.

Everybody is friendly. They completely explain the processes so that there are no surprises. The Dentists truly takes his time to make sure everything is done right.

They're ok. Don't appreciate that 2 days before my 6 month checkup/cleaning appointment they call and leave a voicemail saying they canceled my appointment since they don't accept my insurance. Why did they not tell me that 6 months ago when I scheduled the appointment? Thanks!

Spouse went here as new patient with medicaid insurance. Other than examining his teeth; nothing else was done: not even cleaning or flouride application. Then they said they would call... But haven't heard from them, now since the mid of last October.

Been here several times. Staff is always nice to me and my children. They do get cancel happy quickly if you do not respond to the email or text right away, but I have always been able to get in.

This office deserve no stars after Dr.Spears left! I've been going to this office to get my dental work done, still needed to get more work done... So they stop taking my insurance ( Did not receive a call or letter about it ) but its okay because I've been paying out of pocket. After my visits I always make my next appointment but there was none available. So now I'm calling and calling from my cell and no one ever freaking pick up this office phone but when I call from my job a lady name Patel (The same person that's on the answering service that I've been getting for weeks) picks up and was very rude when I expressed my concern, wouldn't give me an appointment, said she was going to call me back the next day which she didn't and could not because the lady ( lol out of anger ) did not get my name or number. I called right back to give her my info because she hung up on me and the lady did not did not pick up! Absolutely a disgrace! I'm so convinced that my number was blocked because as soon as I called from my job I get an answer! This is how Harrisburg Dental treat their patients, It's all about the money for them, pathetic! I'm sure after reading this they are not going to do an follow up, they'll just say "Oo well " To save yourself the aggravation don't go here.

The receptionist at the front desk is very rude. I just called to see if I could reschedule my appointment and before I could answer her she hung up on me. She also was suppose ro fax info to my doctor and she waited until the end of the week to fax it. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on. She was rude to me on the phone. I won't be going back.

The service is horrible, they cancel Appointments without confirmation. Arrived and told my appointments canceled.
