I was referred to this practice for a tooth extraction. I had to wait over a month to get in. I was in terrible pain for at least three weeks prior to it and called every day to see if I could get in earlier. When I get there I see the hygienist, she was actually really nice, then the dentist, and then the financial counselor who I spent the most time with. She was very pushy and when I said I didn't have $2200 upfront to pay for what they said I needed to have, we just went in circles . This practice does not deal with any insurance, they make you pay in full upfront and then it is your job to get the reimbursement from your insurance. She also said that they cannot send x-rays electronically and I know for a fact you can since I work in that kind of practice. I was charged $95 and I left in no better shape than I was . I called another practice and they fit me in that day when I said I was in terrible pain. (Made worse by Dr. Harris poking and prodding on it ) I left paying $317 for the exact same service they were going to charge me 2200 for. Shame on them . And I am so grateful that I went somewhere else and was treated with kindness and understanding. I hope no one falls for their scam .

Horrible my husband went here referred by his dentist during COVID for emergency removal of a tooth. They didn't tell him they were not in our Delta dental plan nor did they tell him that the procedure they used our insurance would not cover since it was according to insurance and wait medical insurance a code used in accident cases. Then their insurance person never ran it thru to let him know we would be out of pocket over $2000. When I called and questioned she said well that is your place and he should have asked now I know why they demand payment upfront and tell you insurance will reimburse you. Basically good luck with that the insurance person said we provide the best whether your insurance pays it is your issue. My response I now know why my insurance and my husband yep I have dual and advance policy's under both with Delta dental do NOT have them in network... buyers beware if you go here make sure you know what your out of pocket will be and hey don't go during a crisis cause they will for sure take advantage!!!! I have reported them to Delta dental but they already knew that's why they won't let them in network and my dentist who was handing out referrals to them

I needed a tissue graft for my receding gum line. I had several concerns about the operation, and Dr. Harris (along with the rest of the staff) were very accommodating and answered all of my questions. They were quite comforting, and I felt completely at ease going into the surgery. The surgery itself went well - it was quick and (for the most part) painless. Bedside manner was amazing. Recovery was not the most fun process, but Dr. Harris checked in to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. I am currently 6 weeks post-op, and the tissue looks great. Everyone took great care of me, and I don't think it could have gone any better.

OUTSTANDING care from the front counter to the treatment rooms!! Dr. Ryan Harris and Dr. Tiffany Harris both performed surgical procedures during my course of treatment (4 implants). The treatment they provided was pain free and surgically perfect. They, and their staff, were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. It was refreshing to observe and experience such a high level of surgical skill melded with truly caring individuals. Their approach to patient care extends to their outstanding support staff.

I recently completed a procedure at Harris Periodontics which I perceived would be long and painful. Instead, the surgery was QUICK, EFFICIENT and PAINLESS! Before the surgery, Dr.Tiffany Harris explained why I needed the procedure, and how it would be completed. Afterwards, Dr. Harris gave clear guidelines concerning food, work, and medications. Dr. Harris and her support staff were always available. I received phone calls the day of surgery, and in following days, checking my progress. I feel fortunate to have found such a caring, proficient periodontist in Dr. Tiffany Harris.

In the last two years, Dr Ryan Harris has done some extensive implant surgery for me in three areas of my mouth. A previous periodontist had done a very poor job that resulted in infection and tooth loss. Dr Ryan was able to clean everything up and worked hard to give me back implants in these areas. He is a highly skilled professional ...best periodontist I have ever been to. But not only is he highly skilled, he is always caring and confident and takes all the time you need to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable. He has an excellent staff that goes out of their way to be kind and thoughtful of your needs. He guarantees his work and his prices are fair and competitive. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ryan Harris and this practice.

After 20 plus years of having a lower implant, last year it became infected and had to be removed. I saw several dentist and they all said it was not possible to do another implant due to bone loss. They explained that several costly procedures of bone grafting may work but no one could guarantee that it would be a success. Dr. Haas (of Lebanon) and Dr. Harris collaborated and came up with a procedure that would work for me. Dr. Harris did the implant and Dr Haas did the dentures. Dr. Harris went beyond the initial evaluation to assure the implant was a complete success. The staff was friendly and supportive through the entire process. I would recommend Dr. Harris and would go to him again if necessary.

Excellent from the telephone service, to the reception desk, to the dental chair. Dr. Ryan Harris and the entire staff saw to all my needs and comfort. Also they all took time to listen and to respond to questions and concerns. My implant was smooth from removal of the broken tooth, a bone graft, the implant and followup after the crown had been placed. I could not ask for better..... they are awesome!!!!

I was there for initial treatment of periodontal disease which lasted almost two hours. Tara was my hygienist and she was absolutely outstanding in explaining and walking me through the procedures. She took great care in checking on my comfort level and how I was feeling throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Harris Periodontics for a year and a half because I have had periodontal issues. I am really impressed with the way that they educated me about my issues and were willing to educate me about the how and why of periodontal disease. I look forward to continuing to work with this group and would recommend their services - from all of the dental hygienists to the periodontists - to anyone! Thanks to Harris Periodontics for helping me with my dental health!
