Complete dishonesty is the phrase I would use. This was the worst unprofessional experience I have had the misfortune to encounter. Harris was completely unprepared for my appointment. The first half hour of my so called appointment was spent listening through the wall of a loud argument occurring in the next room over an issue with his employees. Vocally, he seemed to be a very loud boorish person. He seemed to be incapable of listening to me, his patient. There was no discussion as to what happens after my tooth extractions. It was such a horrible experience my wife and I left and straight away. At that point another employee of Harris, hurried out of the building to bring us back to the office. Harris said he would return the $2000 deposit I had given him in good faith. ( I am seventy eight years old and maybe a little too trusting) Of course, he did not return the amount.... He kept a thousand dollars of of my deposit for himself. Because of my dealings with this man I find him to be without principles. Senior citizens and probably all others should be aware of going to this man. I hate to think of other elderly people being abused as I was. Terence Hughes

Dr. Harris is one of the best oral surgeons I know in this area. He performed lower jaw surgery on me in 2014 and did an awesome job. He is a humble, patient and caring spirited person who has a heart for people. Dr. Harris and his staff walked me through every step of the process leading up to my surgery. They also conducted follow ups after the surgery to assure that I was healing and recovering from the procedure properly. Thank God that I have not had any issues or complications. My husband and I was nervous about the healing process but Dr. Harris addressed all of our questions and concerns. He was clear about the expectations post-surgery. The numbness and tingling feeling in my bottom lip dissipated. The staff took very good care of me. I highly recommend this practice! You will not be disappointed! A "HUGE" Thank you to the team! I appreciate you and your hard work.

Dr. Harris is great! Very friendly, personable and professional. "Certain" staff are excellent and very kind people. There are a few that you may not gel with... That's okay remember Dr. Harris is excellent and that's who you're here to see . Made a compromise for my wife's situation and literally had her wisdom tooth pulled out in 3 minutes. I'm not exaggerating

I am only giving this a one star not because of the treatment, but because of the financial service provided. My husband had a procedure that was $3100 out of pocket. We were told it was our responsibility to submit the claim, which we did, only to be denied because Dr. Harris is out of network with every insurance, which is confusing because why would a provider be listed out of network with EVERY insurance. Yes it was our responsibility to check prior, and moving forward we know not to trust any provider because in the end it's no longer about patient care or customer service.

Dr. Harris came as the most recommended surgeon known in our area and my experience proved that. The culture of care and professionalism he has instilled in his practice is unbelievable! The quality of his work, and his commitment to his patients is supreme! Anyone needing these services should not go anywhere else! He is the best!! He is also a great guy!!!

This is a scam. 150$ consult fee AND expect 100% paid up front and bills insurance later. This facility is apparently for only the well to do. You all don't count on someone like me to come in with over 100% coverage. Why would I pay 100% in advance when I know my insurances cover everything. The referring dentist runs a low income clinic and he refers all of his low income patients here? I was scammed out of our grocery money. Dont let these two do the same to you! I'm going to the better business bureau and filing complaints against both dentists involved.

My Daughter had a horrible accident. Her horse kicked her in the face. Lost teeth. Eye injury. Bruises. The staff was great an i cant say enough.abt Dr Harris... Great a 100 Stars

Great surgeon!!! After my wisdom teeth removal I got severly infected and hospitalized and he had me transferred to albany so he couod be my doctor at the hospital?? He was amazing
