When hes not in the office, Dr. Follis loves spending time with his lovely wife and dental partner, (Dr. Darby B. Follis) and their beautiful children, Grayson and Griffin. Chad also loves sportsplaying tennis, exercising and cheering on his alma mater (UT).
Dr. Follis is an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, which emphasizes the continued pursuit of excellence in cosmetic dentistry. He is also a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association and the Nashville Dental Society.
Dr. Follis was an honors graduate at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He then graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Dentistry. While there, he was awarded the Pierre Fauchard Award for Most Outstanding Clinical Performance.
Darby B. Follis D.D.S. Dr. Darby B. Follis is a compassionate dentist with a great sense of humor. Her focus on making her patients comfortable shines through her warm approach and light-hearted conversation. Originally from Arkansas, she began her practice right here in middle Tennessee.
Dr. Follis spends much of her time, like many moms, juggling career, kids activities and managing their home. When time permits, she loves going to Barre classes, reading and spending time with her family. With a passion for people and an incredible attention to detail, Dr. Follis gives each of her patients the highest level of care.
Dr. Follis is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and focuses her expertise on cosmetic and restorative dentistry. She is certified in Durathin veneers and is licensed to offer oral sedation.

I absolutely love Dr. Darby and her staff!! They are so gentle and loving! Especially, when you have anxiety about the dentist like I do. She was able to make me feel so comfortable in her office! I will never go to anyone else! She went above and beyond to check on me after my procedure! If more than 5 stars were possible that's what I'd give her!!
