Honestly I loved the experience from meeting them to the actual service. I found that my dental insurance was not accepted there but instead of leaving, I paid for it; THAT'S how welcomed and 'at home' I felt! It was as if I made friends! One last thing; Drew went over and beyond speaking with my insurance company to save me extra work!

Harpeth dental did a great job of fitting me into recement my crown. They were fast efficient and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in the Bellevue area.

I give three stars because the office staff is GREAT! Always friendly and always helpful. The dental hygienist I see is AMAZING! Friendly and attentive. However. There is a revolving door of dentists. I have hardly seen the same one twice. I have been coming to this dental practice for 6+ years. At some point the owners need to either appreciate the very many patients AND appreciate the dentist enough to keep them. Dental work can be pretty daunting and rise anxiety (it definitely does for me). So to never be able to get comfortable with the same person, I am not in search of a new practice owned by the actual dentist. That way I will know they are who I will see for years to come.

Our family is relatively new to Bellevue and we researched on our insurance website for dentists close to where we lived. We called four offices and Harpeth Dental Care was the only one where the front desk team answers almost every time during operating hours. We're a family of three, and we all really needed to find a family dentist after several years of procrastinating plus moving out of state and back to TN. All three of us have now had our first visits and I had two cavities filled today. We are already 5star fans of this local place. Dr. Emmons is awesome, we all feel like she really cares about you and will do her best to answer your questions and help take care of you and make the dentist experience as peaceful & comfortable as possible. Her whole team is great too from the front desk folks to the hygenists to the guy that did my tooth/gum numbing before the cavity fillings. We're set up to go every 6 months for cleanings and this place meets every need we have as a family. I need a dentist who speaks the truth, doesn't try to hide anything, doesn't assume I know what they're talking about in their academic dentist dialect, answers all my questions without feeling rushed or like I'm taking too much time, doesn't try to over-sell me on anything, answers the phone when I call, and makes me feel confident in their skill set and that they're actually passionate about what they do and it's not something they settled for or are just doing for the paycheck. Everyone I've met so far, over a dozen staff, are all kind, caring, patient, and helpful. They also worked with us with our insurance and explain the cost of everything they recommend and let you do your own insurance and schedule when you want to have each procedure. Like we were going to pass our dental spending limit for the year and pay more out of pocket than we wanted to, so they just split up our visits to include a couple in the new year so the new insurance budget will kick in and can cover most of the cost and we can stick to the budget we need to. I find that kind of professionalism and customer service to be rare and pretty amazing. Having my cavities filled today could have been way more traumatic, but the whole team worked together to make feel good and cared about. When I came in today they used numbing gel on my gums to prepare for novacaine injections which is the scariest and most painful/vulnerable part of going to the dentist for me personally, and the guy that did it was kind and understanding and patient with me and it wasn't nearly as bad as I remember from having a cavity filled ten or so years ago. I felt when Dr. Emmons came in that even though she had a full schedule that she was there for me while she was with me and available to me until the procedure was done, and she followed up with me afterwards to make sure I was okay. Bottom line: this dentist is the best dentist i've ever had. They exceeded my expectations and set a new stantard of excellence and trustworthiness for me and my family.

I and my 4 kids have had a great experience at Harpeth Dental. The staff are all friendly, professional and kind. The atmosphere is relaxing and the hygienists and doctor are gentle and explain everything they are doing. I would recommend this group to any family and friends!

I was really impressed with how compassionate and caring my dental hygienist, Emily, was during my appointment. I have sensitivity issues and Emily made sure my cleaning was painless. From the state of the art equipment, excellent customer service, plus a friendly, top notch dentist, who was laser focused on my dental needs, I'd give them a 10 star rating if I could.

New hands have got it too! Same office guy and same new age/ way it used to be feel. I love the location. The staff is very personable. Great clear advice on good dental preventative care and very clear about pricing with insurance with ease.

Excellent Dental Care: doctor, staff, service all skilled and friendly. Have been visiting for the past decade; dentists have been changing every few years, but the quality of care has been excellent. Dr. Kinnara and her staff are very commendable.
