An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

I had severe wisdom tooth pain! They got me in quickly and Dr. Rashid reveled the need for extraction. I was taken great care of! She scheduled me an appt with Dr. Zhu the next morning and now I am healing very quickly with little pain. So glad to find a dentist office so close to home. Very clean, very professional.

I had a scheduled appointment i showed up & not a single person is in the office I've been trying to knock & call for the past 30 minutes. If you're not going to be in the office you should call people and give them a heads up.

My husband, who has not been to a dentist in at least 30 years, broke a front tooth and could no longer put off going to one. I called around and found this office, who got us in immediately. Dani, in the x-ray room, knew exactly how to put him at ease as she made sure the condition of his tooth was well documented. Then we saw the dentist. Dr. Fakhra Rashid was absolutely fantastic! Her calm, professional manner set the tone for the rest of the office. Her dental assistant, Kathryn, was perfect, seeming to read Dr. Rashid's mind before she even asked for something. This cannot be overestimated because it sure makes the appointment go faster. Lauren and Kevin at the front desk were extremely helpful as they explained how the Smile Generation Dental Plan could help with some of the cost. So now, two appointments later, my husband has a perfect bridge. And Dr. Rashid has two new patients, since she is now my dentist, too! The people in this office are genuinely nice people who are concerned about you. The office itself is convenient and very clean. Dr. Rashid really helped us out of a tough spot and I recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I have been searching for a honest, and trustworthy dentist since my former dentist retired several years ago, and after bouncing from dentist to dentist for some time, I think i have finally found the place to go long term. Dr. Orn and his team have earned my respect, they presented all the options available, and were kind and very professional. Don't waist your time elsewhere, this is the place to go!

What a great place to go! Everyone was so nice and very professional from the very beginning. This was my first visit. From taking the x-rays to checkout, it was a great experience. Dr. Orn patiently reviewed all my options and was even able to start my most urgent need. Maykachantuj was amazing working me in to do a deep cleaning. Dani was fabulous finishing up my procedures. And Paul made it all happen from scheduling my appointment to explaining all the different parts of my plan. I will definitely be continuing to go to this clinic for my needs.

I completed my first visit on July, 7 2022. I must speak of Paul first. Paul was so polite and friendly and gave off a feel good vibe from the door. Dr. Mayka and Dr. Orn were fantastic. and I can walk to the dentist if I want to from my home. How cool is that!

My husband and I recently moved to Conroe so we decided to move dentists too. We heard good things about this dentist so we tried them. We were new patients so expected more x-rays and such. We were told we needed extensive work $$$ and of course none of which was covered by insurance. We couldnt even get a basic, covered by insurance, cleaning. We declined these additional services and asked for our records to be transferred to our old dentist who we trust. The first person I talked to about this was a young woman who did not get my full info and hung up. I called back and talked to a young man who promised to get my records to my old doctor. I find as long as you pay them and conform they are pleasant but if you deny what they put forth in a treatment plan they turn sour. I do not trust this facility and will return to my old dentist.

i came to this place after having a bad experience at a different dentist so i was kind of apprehensive but everyone here is really nice! the receptionist was very nice and prompt at getting me in. i hate going to the dentist because for me it's just not fun having people that close to me with bright lights and lots of annoying noise (i have sensory issues) but i felt safe and cared for when they filled my cavities. they even stayed late to finish. dr.rashid is so sweet and wants to make sure you understand what's happening :) definitely the best dentist around here

All of the staff is super sweet and helpful! I want to brag on what a wonderful Dentist Doctor Orn is, he was able to fit me in for an emergency extraction and did a fantastic job and I had zero pain in the process. I have had a lot of horrible and traumatic experiences with other dentist, but I have no complaints here. I am slowly getting my smile back as I continue to go to Dr. Orn to continue my journey in fixing my teeth. I highly recommend Harper's Preserve Dentistry!

'd like to share my experience! First of all I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years! I was super super nervous about the visit. Dr Orn and his assistant made me feel at ease, they talked me through the visit. Oh, I had a deep cleaning and crown work.... The hygienist Kiatoukaysky was very gentle and kind... This review doesn't do this office and crew justice at all... I felt like I worked there I felt like family.... From the minute I walked in the door Kevin and the front office, did a outstanding job of working with me and made me feel like I was a person and not a rotten tooth lol... Great job everyone from a person that was terrified of the dentist, I can't wait to go back in 3 months not 20 years..... Thank everyone

A family friend recommended this office to me and at first I was nervous since most of my dental work experiences come from being in the military. It is safe to say I will continue to drive a hour to go to this dentist office. The office is clean and comfortable, the staff was courtesies and welcoming. I suggest if your looking for a new dentist office or first time stop here before you go anywhere else.
