I loved this office until it was recently sold and the new management can't seem to get their act together. They closed the Seminole location without letting any patients with existing appointments know. They transferred all the appointments to the Palm Harbor location, again - without letting the patients know! To be honest, I'm surprised I'm not seeing more negative reviews about this. I know this didn't happen to just us. A friend of mine had an appointment at the Seminole location and they called her the day before and said her appointment would be at the Palm Harbor location. She ended up going to the appointment up in Palm Harbor and said the office was crowded and she waited over an hour past her appointment time to be seen. When you're dealing with small children with little patience, that's not acceptable. Knowing this, I called them about my daughter's upcoming appointment at the Seminole location and they said, "Yeah, it's up in Palm Harbor now." The fact that they assume everyone would be okay just driving up to Palm Harbor for their appointment with little to no notice is appalling to me. I asked them if they were going to call me to let me know this and they said yes, they were going to. I said, "The appointment is tomorrow. When were you going to call?" Less than 24 hours' notice is not enough time when folks have to request take time off from work and make school pick-up arrangements. And, again, it's unreasonable to think folks are okay with switching their dental service to somewhere in Palm Harbor when they live in Seminole. I suggested to them that they be more proactive when communicating with their patients. The person I spoke to seemed disinterested and unengaged so I'm not holding out any hope that they took my advice.

It was my daughter's first dentist appointment. They made my husband and I feel very comfortable and were very gentle with her.

I would love to give this establishment 10 Stars if I could but only allows me to do five of course the reasons why is because of four ,five employees that work here that makes my experience every time amazing. T1oo start off with their names are Bella at the front, I believe the receptionist, and then we have Jackie, Ximena, Iris, and last but not least, Dr. Jaramillo. All the names mentioned above when and beyond my expectations walking into a dentist's office especially for kids it's very respectful very attentive but most of all a lot of patience which that I congratulate them all on again I wish I could give him 10 to 100 Stars but that part with that said whoever is reading this review do not hesitate to book an appointment with this establishment if you are a new client with your child that's 21 years of Asian less I believe that's the age limit at this location you will not regret that you did as a parents and other parent I know it's hard finding a great doctor or a dentist to take a kiss to to be comfortable and be respected and all of the above. Went to this location today for the first time with my 2 little ones and I'm very pleased. When I first walked in...the office was super full so immediately I had the impression I was going to be there for a very long time but thankfully I only waiting a few minutes before getting called back. The hygienist was amazing. My son was being difficult and she took her time and patience and was able to get the work done. I definitely recommend them!

My 3 year old absolutely enjoys coming to this place. His exact words, " I really like this place, mom!". Dr Mark is kind and always professional. As a mother with tons of questions, I appreciate clear explanations of procedures and plan of cares. Dr Mark is always patient and thorough. Harp Dentistry put a lot of thought into the best way to serve children. The waiting rooms are inviting for little people with movies to watch while they wait. The staff, from the reception area through to check out seem to be trained in handling children in kind and helpful ways. Most importantly, the dentists and hygienists are patient and gentle. They go slow with the younger kids, without pushing them past their comfort level. Parents are allowed to sit with smaller children in the exam chair. I'm not worried that my child will have anxiety about visiting the dentist as he grows up, so they are helping create a foundation for good dental health in the future. Cannot recommend them enough.

They're never on time and run about an hour behind. They see the Dr for less than 2 minutes. It's impersonal and definitely not confidential with 3 others in the same room.

My daughter Jovie goes to both Harp locations- Palm Harbor, and Seminole. Dr. Jay, Tierney, and Breeann were so upbeat, sweet, and patient! I love all the staff! We are thankful we've had a great experience every time we go. She always looks forward to going to the dentist! Highly recommend!

Was having a hard time finding a pediatric dentist for my 3 kids that accepted their insurance. Wanted to find a nice facility where they actually liked going to and am so happy we found Harp pediatric dentistry in Palm Harbor! Staff is so friendly and accommodating and the kids were totally comfortable and enjoyed their experience Bella at the front desk is awesome! Definitely glad we found them and highly recommend!

This was the single worst experience I have ever had with a dental provider in my life. I called Thursday and made an appointment for Tuesday. On Monday they told me my appointment was canceled because I didn't call back to confirm on Friday. Why on earth would I need to call again on Friday when I had just called the day before to make the appointment? But the lady on the phone said no problem, I'll make you an appointment for Tuesday. So Tuesday comes, I show up at the place with my son, and OF COURSE they don't have an appointment for me, they tell me I had an appointment yesterday Monday (you know, the one THEY canceled) and that my appointment today was for... New Port Richey (even though the lady on the phone told me "it's right next to Strokers on 19 and Curlew.") So since it was their screw-up, I asked for an appointment soon, they said "oh we've got nothing till October." The person checking me in and telling me all of this didn't care at all, never even looked at me in the eyes, but the one next to her actually laughed. My son couldn't get care because of their incompetence, and this person actually laughed out loud. She was actually amused by this. If you want to be treated like garbage by people who will laugh at you when you want to get care for your family, this is definitely the place for you. If you want to be treated competently, if you wanna be treated as if you are a human being and not just an insurance number, if you want to be treated by people with enough humanity to show you empathy, concern, and basic human dignity, please go somewhere else. You'll be better off for it.

All the stuff is very friendly, both Drs. are really patient and caring. At the front desk Anabella was really nice and helpful too. Awesome dentist office in the area.

The office staff is kind but Bella goes above and beyond not just with my babygirl but all the patients. I watched her bounce from patient to patient helping. You go girl! Thank you again y'all!

I have always had really great experiences here with both of my girls. Coming for the first time in almost a year, I was greeted by Bella at the front desk. She was so nice and helpful. Flash forward a week later for another appointment and she remembered me after meeting me once. She was so helpful and so nice! They were very patient with my 5 year old who decided all of a sudden that she was scared of the dentist. I was allowed to go back with both kids and that made everyone feel better. I refer this office on mom groups often. I'm happy we switched here a few years ago.

I called both offices today 5x to confirm appt since I did not get a reminder, no answer. So I had to go up to the office to confirm because previous appts got cancelled twice. Because it seems there has been a merger, there seems to be some chaos. The Dr and the staff are very friendly though.
