Our mission is to deliver the highest standards of dental care for all of our patients using cutting-edge technology and the latest techniques in dentistry. We provide our services in a relaxed, comfortable, and friendly environment.

Oral and maxillofacial surgery requires additional years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training after graduation from dental school. As an oral and maxillofacial surgeon, Drs. Green and Wallin manage a wide variety of problems relating to the mouth, teeth and facial regions. Drs. Green and Wallin practice a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery with expertise ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal. This also includes techniques designed to rebuild bone structure with minimal surgical intervention and optimal patient comfort. We can also diagnose and treat facial pain, facial injuries, and fractures.

All three of my kids have had their wisdom teeth removed here in the last year. Great experience and results. Two things I'd suggest: A more informed take home sheet because no one can actually hear the video they show. And all the info the nurse tells you is not on the little pamphlet. Also why not allow video to be taken in the private recovery rooms. Have a waiver or something for patients to sign in regards to their person/family being allowed to film them.

WARNING: Harold D. Wallin Jr. D.D.S. has zero patience for those who are afraid of needles. If you are nervous, hesitant, and stiffen your arm while he's preparing to do the injection, he will not think twice about walking out of the operating room forcing you to reschedule your appointment. He will not attempt to coach you through the process, calm you down, or give you extra time to relax. You will not receive a warning. This exact situation happened to my fiancee today as she was being prepped to have 3 wisdom teeth removed. He just dropped her arm down, said we'd have to reschedule, and walked out of the room. The nurses must be used to this sort of behavior since they immediately said that he's not coming back. After explaining that we both took off work for this appointment and that she had prepared a medical leave of absence, the nurse Kali tried twice to convince Harold D. Wallin Jr. D.D.S. to come back in and continue the procedure and he refused both times. The nurse was very friendly and did everything in her power to mediate. God bless her for having to deal with a doctor that acts like this and projects such an uncaring attitude towards patients. Needless to say, we're taking our oral surgery business elsewhere. Harold D. Wallin Jr. D.D.S. is not a caring or patient doctor. We passed him in the hallway on the way out and he said "Have a nice day" knowing full well that he caused us emotional distress and unnecessary hardship with the way he handled the situation. Luckily, we were able to get a refund for the surgery appointment. But, we've wasted the original $95 surgery consultation and will have to start from scratch with another oral surgeon. Harold D. Wallin Jr. D.D.S. ruined our day and made my fiancee feel like she was being punished for being nervous and anxious around needles. This office really needs to hire a nurse with some patience and understanding to handle the needle injections. If Harold D. Wallin Jr. D.D.S. is going to continue doing needle injections, the office should at least have patients sign a disclaimer form stating that any sign of nervousness or hesitation will result in the appointment being cancelled with no warning. We knew full well going into this surgery that my fiancee is very nervous around needles. She communicated that fact to Harold D. Wallin Jr. D.D.S. during the consultation. What are we supposed to do? Bend to his will and keep rescheduling appointments until her level of nervousness is subdued to his personal preference? This was his way of exerting power over us, punishing us, embarrassing us, and trying to make us feel like it was entirely our fault. Personally, I wouldn't want this doctor anywhere near my mouth. He treats patients like cattle that need to be processed as quickly as possible.
