This is a long overdue review since I was too bitter to make it for some time because of the memories. After originally purchasing a $4000 groupon for invisalign I went in to have my work done. Fast forward towards the mid/end of my treatment. It was nearly impossible to reach the office with no one ever returning phone calls. By the end of the service my teeth were still extremely crooked and while trying to reach them via email/phone calls while I had moved out of state, it took 82 days of calling every other day to finally receive a reply. I believe he told them to not respond so I would not follow up with the case. I was left with almost the same teeth I began with and had to search for a new orthodontist and pay out of pocket another $2000. She informed me that they were basically thieves and had little to no experience with invisalign which is often the case. She also said they should absolutely reimburse you since they hardly did anything, but no one will even reply back if you have an issue. The problems...she said that space was needed in my mouth to straighten my teeth since there was no room for them to straighten, she needed to shave off 8 different teeth small amounts. Not one person mentioned this to me at this office and due to it my teeth had no chance of ever becoming straight. In addition, this caused awful pain as my teeth pushed against each other with no where to go. Apparently they don't know this and never performed it. Added to this problem is the problem that exists in most of Miami, the customer service. In the end, I learned a valuable lesson to do my research first. I hope this can help one person that reads it save on their scam artist of a place.

The worse plan you can be, DO NOT GO THERE. YOUR WORSE NIGHTMARE. They will tell you that your teeth have problem, then make the problem worse, and then you will have to go back and do a more expensive treatment. Whatever they do, They don't tend to fix the problem, they want to make it worse and then make more money out of you. once you step inside, they will start to milk you like a cow. The stuff is super rude on the phone, not helpful. The Doctor is not nice as well. Do not explain, just said you have to this problem you have to fix. but later on the problem is way worse then before. Please save yourself and not to go.

As a new patient, I needed an appointment which I got in two weeks at the North Miami Beach Office. When I went to the office the front desk greeted me for the first time with warm heart and love. I was now comfortable for the very first time in 5 years. They took several xrays and then I waited for 10 mins for Dr. Hui to take a look at me. While waiting he was discussing treatment that I needed to have done as well as verifying that information with the xrays which was provided by his assistant. I would recommend alot of patients to his office because I had a great experience plus my teeth came out beautiful. Now I can smile comfortably... Thanks alot Dr. Hui for doing a great job. I appreciate your time and the outcome of my treatment .
