Dr. Demsko, Julie Bowden, Alice Gail, and all staff are always friendly and able to take care of any of our dental needs. If you are not a fan of pain, go to Dr. Demsko. He never hurts(and I do not like pain.)

I had a toothache for several months and did not have dental insurance. All other dentist wanted 500 to 700 dollars upfront and I did not have that.So I suffered with a toothache. A friend told me to call Dr. Demsko's office he did not charge that much. Thank god I did. I got my tooth removed and will not hurt anymore!!! 8/25/22

I was experiencing extreme sensitivity in my teeth. I called the office and Dr. Demsko was gracious enough to see me. After examining my teeth he treated them with sensitivity gel, prescribed some toothpaste, and referred me to a specialist.

Great experience. Had a cracked tooth and they had enough time allotted to prep it for a cap the same day. Kudos to Dr Demsco and to Alice for working so hard to get it done. And for Julie for anticipating the job and allocating sufficient time in the schedule.

The hygienist was wonderful. She was thorough and took care around places that were a little sensitive. And having her wear the headlamp and not using the overhead light was a nice innovation.

Today makes the 2nd time I have visited Windsor Dental as an emergency patient. Both times I was treated with care and respect. I have had a life-long battle trying to save my teeth (a loosing battle because I have a moderate case of osteo dentia imperfecta, which is the equivelant of brittle bone disease for teeth, that wasn't diagnosed until I was 40). After a truly nightmarish visit to the new dental office on Main St. in Suffolk on Tuesday, during which THE WRONG TEETH WERE PULLED, I called Dr. Demsko's office on Wednesday still in massive pain and ANGRY at the horrible service I paid for elsewhere and hurt with the dismissive way in which I was treated. The staff here were MORE than understanding and compassionate and got me in today. The correct tooth was pulled and I feel 100% better. I will be transferring my dental care to this office for everything tooth/denture related. Thank you Dr. Demsko and the entire, WONDERFUL, staff at Windsor Dental!

Appreciate how quickly the office staff was able to schedule me to be seen for a toothache. Dr. Lohr and his chair side assistant, Amber, were very caring and concerned and took very good care of me today!! This practice is worth my one way 30 minute drive!! Merry Christmas to you all!!
