Dr. Greenfield is an amazing an amazing dentist with equally amazing staff: honest, caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. They put a lot of time and effort into ensuring quality work, and are good at explaining everything to their patients. Don't expect any (excuse the pun) fishy aquariums when you walk into the office, but do expect the most exceptional care you've ever received from a dental team. My wife and I will miss this office when we move to the Boston area, although we may still do the commute.

Started going to Dr. Greenfield in 2017 and have been going ever since. Office is nice, clean, organized and him and his staff are always super patient and attentive. He was one of the first dentists I've had that explained everything he was going to do, before doing it.

Dr. Harold Greenfield and his staff are the best! Everyone is very friendly and professional. Always an excellent service, clean office, and an easy dental visit!

I have been going to Dr. Greenfield for years and I just took my 3 year old son there for the first time recently and he was amazing with him. His gentle demeanor and ability to explain to him how his appointment was going to go truly helped him through his first visit with no fear and that made it a great experience. The cleanliness of the office and warmth of the staff makes each experience less stressful.

I have been going to Dr. Harold Greenfield for many years, and there is simply no other dentist that I would trust. The office is pleasant and the staff is both professional and kind. Dr. Greenfield is great at his job, and I would highly recommend him!

This man is incredibly unethical and greedy. After having damaged my tooth and put a crown that looked horrible as well as painful, Dr. Harold Greenfield still keeps sending me bills for more money instead of refunding the money that he already received for this malpractice. I am shocked by this man's greed and shamelessness. Look at the attached pictures and see whether he deserves more money or needs to refund the money that he received. Does he pay a lot of money when someone delivers him an unusable equipment just because they put it in his office?? When he was drilling a tooth for a filling change, he drilled too much and exposed the nerve. He said a root canal was necessary now. He damaged the tooth, but never apologized for it. Instead he charged me the full amounts for repairing the damage that he caused, but did not even repair it right. The costs for the root canal, core/post, and a crown were more than twice as expensive as the original job that I asked for. It took 5 weeks until he finished the tooth. When he finished the crown, the crown was not pushed all the way in because he put so much cement inside the crown. Because the crown did not fit at all, he ground the bottom of the crown so much and he even ground some part of the opposite side tooth. Still I could not chew on foods properly. My jaw joint on that side hurt when I chewed on foods because the tooth did not fit right. I felt like I had a lump in my mouth. I complained about it and wanted to explain how I felt about the crown. He said he was not going to hear anything from me because he was the dentist and he was the one who could explain everything. He made excuses and said he could fix it by putting some resin. Putting some resin in the gap of the crown that was put incorrectly was not acceptable to me. I asked him to remove the crown and reimburse the money for the crown so that I could go to another dentist and have it redone. He refused and kicked me out of his office.Dr. Harold Greenfield was disrespectful, rude, and arrogant to me as his patient. It took a long time for him to finish a job, and his work result was terrible. I would avoid a dentist like him at all costs because he can make multiple mistakes damaging your tooth and take all your money without any apology. I went to complain to his office on 10/25/2017. After I got insulted and kicked out of his office on this day, multiple anonymous reviews for him with 5 stars with no explanation appeared on multiple review sites on the same day. He told me some doctors would pay for reviews. I wonder whether that is what he did on that day. It is just interesting that all of a sudden multiple anonymous reviews with 5 stars with no explanation happened to appear on various review sites at the same time on that day. Those reviews were posted only on the sites that allowed anonymous rating, but not on sites such as Google where the reviewer's identity would be exposed. Very interesting. Update: I just went to another dentist for a second opinion on the crown job. He confirmed that the crown was not put in straight and did not fit correctly. He found that the crown was sticking out toward outside of the mouth, and there was a gap between the gum line and the crown toward inside of the mouth. He also mentioned that there were some rough cements sticking out from the crown. He confirmed that this crown needed to be replaced. Update2: I had a third opinion and had the crown removed. The new dentist took an X-ray and found out that the crown was not put all the way in. When he removed the crown, he found so much cement inside the crown. It explains why I felt constant pain as if the whole tooth was constantly being pulled down and I felt like I had a lump in my mouth. Now that the incorrect crown is removed, I feel so happy. I have not been able to eat well and it caused me to be depressed and lose weight. Now I can eat again, and I am finally out of pain.
