Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.

An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.

Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

My grandmother came here for top and lower dentures. She does not have a lot of money so she had to make payment arrangements. After receiving her top dentures they refused to do the lower ones until the top dentures were payed off. Btw this is going to several months because she can only pay 100 dollars monthly. After being home she assumed her top dentures would fit better after all the swelling was over. Wouldn't you know they did not fit right at all. She called to make an appointment to have them adjusted only to be told that it would be another 100 dollars everytime she needed an adjustment. Shouldn't your new dentures be fitted to a point that they fit properly be included in the price? Sad , sad day to rip off old people. She has no choice but to pay the 100 dollars because she can't afford to start this process over and she still needs her bottom teeth. She is totally at their mercy. Please people help your elders choose a better dentist than this one. Pure ripoff artist!

I am leaving a fairly low-star review right now primarily due to billing and insurance issues. The quality of care and treatment during my September visit was fine, it is just the aftermath that is not good. If you do go in planning on having procedures covered under insurance be absolutely sure exactly what your plan covers - and read all of the fine print on what is excluded for your plan - before you go. Know the terminology and specific procedure codes (D####) that are and aren't covered. It is not enough to know that an annual check up with x-rays and a cleaning should be covered. Be able to review what the estimate is before you have the work done and be able to agree to or dispute anything like additional x-rays or images, or "necessary extras" during a cleaning based on what your insurance will actually cover. Even if this provider is in your plan as in-network you might have surprises down the road. Some of what I was told that should be covered by my specific insurance wasn't. They supposedly checked while I was waiting to be seen and developed a treatment plan with costs (insurance and out of pocket) for everything. My routine checkup and cleaning ended up with quite a few "you should probably do this" opportunities. Not unlike taking your car to the dealer for an oil change and getting a long list of other things that could/should be done based on mileage, etc. It was discussed and anticipated that much of the visit would be covered under insurance, as it was a check up with x-rays and a cleaning. That was not the case. I have contacted the provider with specific questions about all of this and will see what my out of pocket expenses might end up actually being. It is not uncommon to have dentists run up the tab on extras that could be done during a routine visit and see what insurance might cover if they aren't paying attention. I was disappointed to see that this seemed to be the case here.

This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I went in for a wisdom tooth removal and they had me waiting for my appointment for 2 hours. After they removed the tooth, they hurriedly sent me on my way way with no pain medicine or post operative care instructions. I was literally shaking with pain on my drive home, I nearly passed out. Because they didn't give me any information about how to care for the wound, I assumed there was nothing to it. I instinctively put my mouth under the faucet and spat all the blood out repeatedly. I was in so much pain, I compared it to labor contractions. I developed a dry socket thanks to their negligence and had to take a ton of time off work. No sleep. Unbearable pain 24/7. Ibuprofen did nothing. I finally broke and called them to see if there was anything to be done. They told me to come in and they would give me some paste to help the dry socket heal. I once again took PTO and went to the office in between clients. I was there 15 minutes early and stayed 20 minutes past my appointment time until I had to leave. They did not see me and instead of giving me the paste to right this wrong, they offered me a $25 over the counter pain medicine. I just walked out. I went home and took oxycodone I had from a previous surgery. Outrageous. No patient care!!!

If i could put a 0 i would. When i first went here it was great. Respectful people, was able to get me in super fast, very thorough. Well got a credit card with them to pay for my root canal since insurance would only cover a certain amount. Well later came to find out my insurance took care of more then they lead me to believe. I have called multiple times to get the amount im paying back on the credit card lessened to the amount it should be. No one has called to fix it or anything. Not worth going if all their after is over charging you for poor dental work. (Cap that was "made in house" was too thick and was not sanded down correctly as the texture on the back of the tooth was like sand paper and would scratch up my tongue, went elsewhere to fix it).

I am new to the area and had to choose a dentist on my own for the first time. I'm so glad I chose Harmony Smiles! I've had bad dental experiences in the past, and my autoimmune disease tends to cause oral health problems -- a bad combination. However, my two experiences with Dr. Meuret have proven to me that it's possible to have great dental experiences, even as someone with an AD. Dr. Meuret really took my overall health profile and past experiences into account when treating me. She even removed old orthodontic glue that I had been dismissed about at previous places -- and at no extra cost! I am very excited about the future of my dental health now.

I have PTSD, severe anxiety and panic attacks, and ADHD as well as a VERY sensitive gag reflex, and the staff here are very understanding and accommodating! Everyone here is lovely, they let you bring in comfort items and music for while you're being worked on, and will absolutely listen if you need to take a break at any time. I've never met another dental staff as good as they are, and I seriously recommend them to anyone who struggles and is looking for a dentist that will take amazing care of them.

Very professional and well kept dental office. The entire staff was very friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I was told up front of all costs, and explained any things to be aware of with my dental health. This was my first visit to this office, but it will be my dental care office moving forward. I liked the classic rock in the background as well! Great team and atmosphere. Looking forward to my next appointment (I know it's a dentist, but it's true).

I had my first visit at this office today. They made me feel very welcome. The office is very clean. The staff is all very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and gentle. They made me feel comfortable, answered all of my questions in a way I understood and explained what was being done to me beforehand. I would highly recommend this office. They are even open some Saturdays.

This was hands down the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. I felt extremely welcomed, cared for and respected. Dr Meuret, Shelby and the staff were incredibly thorough and treated me wonderfully. They weren't trying to rush me in and out. They answered every question I had. Thank you Harmony Smiles! You've earned a client for life.

The staff was so great to work with. They were also all so very friendly. They treated my daughter so well. We had the best experience with this office. They were also will to work with us on a price of a treatment that was not covered by our insurance. This is the 2nd time that my daughter has been to this office. We will definitely be going back. We will be recommending this office to others. You will not be disappointed.

After searching the Loveland/Ft. Collins for 18 months for an adequate dentistry, Harmony Smiles went above and beyond my expectations! Right from the start they understood that my dental process is my prerogative and were willing to let me chose the most appropriate course of action. The crown they just completed was done professionally and is quite possibly the best crown out of the 5 crowns currently in my mouth. When dealing with the bill, they let me span my payments out over enough months to make the payments workable for me (Greatly appreciated). They even took $100 off the price of the crown because impressions needed to be taken twice which I found to be more than generous. I already have and will continue to recommend THIS dentistry above all others in the northern FR.
