Born and raised in Myanmar, Dr. Tun is the first-generation orthodontist in her family. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from one of the top universities - the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF).
After graduating with honors from UCSF, she fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming an orthodontist by completing an additional 3-year speciality training residency in orthodontics at UCSF's Division of Orthodontics.
As one of only five residents chosen for this competitive program, she has received an extensive training in treating complex orthodontic cases from craniofacial patients to orthognathic surgery while serving as a Chief Resident for the program.

Love this dentistry, today was my last day with my Invisalign and I'm so happy!! When I started my treatment my teeth were like "horse" teeth .... now they are completely straight and beautiful. The staff and Dr. Tun are the best and will make you feel comfortable. They work fast and efficiently, never had to wait past my appointment time.

Dr. Tun and her team are amazing! I was a patient for almost two years and so happy with the results of my Invisalign! From the consultation to picking up my retainer, they made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Tun took the time to discuss all the details of my plan and made sure to answer any questions I had along the way. They all genuinely care about their patients!

I have been a customer for over 8 months and it has been the best experience going to a dentist office so far. The staff is so polite, patient, kind and accommodating and doctor Tun is the most professional and knowledgeable I have met. She thoroughly explained and described the treatment I am in right now. It has been an absolute delight since the day one. The office is always clean, bright and the appointments are perfectly scheduled. There has never been a delay or overlaping scheduling.
