Vincent Locascio is a graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL where he earned a bachelor's degree in Molecular and Microbiology. From there, he attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Downers Grove, IL, where he earned the degree of Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. As a general practitioner, Dr. Locascio applies the latest in evidence-based research for the comprehensive practice of dentistry with a focus on orthodontic treatment and oral conscious sedation. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Sacramento District Dental Society.
I love dentistry because I am passionate about caring for my patients through relieving both pain and treatment anxiety. It feels wonderful to help my patients achieve a smile that they can truly feel excited about. My philosophy of care involves minimally invasive dental treatment and stressing methods for the prevention of tooth decay, gum disease, and oral cancer. In my free time, I love spending time with my wife and kids, watching movies, and playing music.
I've been in Sacramento 19+ years and before that I lived in Southern California. I'm married with two spoiled rotten boxers. I enjoy RV'ing, the outdoors (anywhere with water), reading, and most of all spending quality time with my family and friends.
I am mom of 3 beautiful children that are my world. I am fluent in Spanish and I truly take pride in this. In my free time, I like to spend time with family and friends, I also enjoy watching sports. I play on a co-ed softball team here in Elk Grove as one of my hobbies, its fun and a great way to blow off steam at the end of a work week.
Hi my name is Jenny I been a dental assistant for 3 years. I was born and raised in Yakima, Washington, with the support of my parents I moved to California by my self to pursue my dream of working in the dental field. I became a DA in 2016.
My parents are my biggest supporters with out them I would not be where I am today and for that I will forever thank them. I am a big animal lover, Ever sense I was little Ive been surrounded by pets and when I moved to California I was gifted a beautiful gray chihuahua witch I now consider my fur baby.
My career in dentistry started 14 years ago when I became a licensed dental assistant. While working alongside the Dr. for 3 years I realized that I wanted to do more to help patients improve their smiles and make a difference in their lives. My passion for helping others, patient education and building personal relationships has brought me to be the Dental Hygienist I am today. I strive to make every patient healthier and happier while delivering gentle and nurturing care.
My nurturing side comes from me being a mother of 2 boys, Cruz(6) and Jagger(3). When I am not working I am dedicated to spending time with my family. I enjoy being outdoors at the park, nature walks and sporting activities with my boys. My personal interests include physical fitness, bowling, biking and the occasional hoola- hoop contest.
I have to admit that I like to sneak away and pamper myself with a massage and pedicure when I can. This feeds my soul! Now that I have shared a little about me, I look forward to hearing about you and what feeds your soul.

This was my first visit as I am a new patient, the staff was very polite. I was greeted by everyone and all my questions were answered. The service from the Hygienist to the actual Dentist was attentive and I felt very at ease. I normally get a bit nervous going to the Dentist but I actually look forward to my next appointment! I absolutely recommend Harmony Family Dental!!!

I've been here since I was a teenager. Left for awhile because of insurance coverage but once I changed insurance I came back as soon as I could! Love the staff, love the treatment I get from my hygienist and the doctor.

I have only had 2 appointments here but they are so friendly. The doctor was very very informative with the care I needed. I have never had such a educational experience at a dentist as I did here. I get nervous getting work done with me teeth but I know I'm in good hands.

Dr. Locascio is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is passionate about dentistry and extremely kind. I had a tooth that looked like Swiss cheese. I had very low expectations of saving the tooth. He said I will do my best for you and he used every tool and trick he had. He was gentle and talked me through everything. When I saw my smile after, I was brought to tears. The tooth was beautiful and perfect! I couldn't help but give him a big hug. I've been going to him ever since. I will never go to another dentist.
