This place is a joke. Do not waste your time or money here. On their website they had a "new patient" special that included exams, x-rays and a free cleaning. All of a sudden, when you show up, that's not "on their website" and cannot honor the screenshot. So I have to pull it up on my own, because they couldn't find what I was referring to. How is a business not aware of their own specials? What a SCAMMM

For the people thinking of going to Sunny Meadow dentist in Pearland Texas don't it's a waste of money and time. They never have full staff and always have a sign up saying be patient we are short of staff. Sunny meadow dentist really went down hill when they got new management.

If your doctor late let me know Don't tell me that you don't know if I'll ask how long I have to wait and I already waited 40 mins while my appointment is supposed to be 9 . I won't come back there .

Very unprofessional. Will double check with my insurance what they were billed for. My husband was called about an hour before my appointment for braces. Said they had to reschedule. I lost a day of work. They charge you if you don't cancel. They always have long wait times to begin with. You can easily be there longer then anticipated.

Don't waste your time and money here. They schedule a lot of patients at the same time. Keep using short staff as an excuse. I have to wait over one hour for my first appointment and over 30 mins for the second one(only because I was concerned about the wait with the lady in front). If you know you are short on staff why keep scheduling many patients at the same time and tell me you are behind? And Don't ever listen to Dr. Vo, very terrible dentist. Again, DO NOT waste your time and money here. Run away!

This place is TERRIBLE! If you want to have a terrible experience, this is the place. Spend thousand of dollars on messed up implants. Two years later and one came off and one is loose. Came back and they cracked my crown and will NOT replace it for me. Manager Nicole saids it's out of warranty but they cracked it in their possession. Going to file a report with the Texas Board of Dental.

Bruh, do not come here. The lady's in the back are like a revolving door. It's always someone new. When I was there a few days ago there was even a patient threatening to sue. It's seems like Dr. Vue doesn't even care. We heard him making a comment about money in the hall way. And the black assisant I guess she didn't think people could hear was talking about when she worked here before Dr.Vue was high and cut his friends lip. What do you mean "high". She said powder. To the lady. Yeah y'all are lucky my mom doesn't know english and I'm close to finishing.

Absolutely, love this location! Been coming to Dr. Vo for over 10 years! Excellent service and staff is awesome too! Office manger Nicole is a very helpful too! Definitely would recommend!

Always cancel appointments the 2 days before or the day of. I finished paying for my treatment but my smile is still not fixed. I've been going here for more than 3 years. The doctors have changed almost every month. Very disorganized, rude, do not care for their patients. Horrible place. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! How are they still in business!? If i could give them 0 stars I would.
