I understand that Dentist office get busy. I called this morning to see if I could possibly get in sometime later this week. I'm in a good amount of pain and I let the receptionist know this. She said she needed to speak with the dentist, again I totally understand on that. What upset me the most was I never received a call back, I had to call them at the end of the day to ask what days were available, only to be told that they are fully booked and cannot see me for over two weeks. Like I said I understand dentist office get busy, but to have to wait a whole day to just be turned down really has made me upset and a bit sad. I'm in a lot of pain and having to waste a whole day, when I could have been looking for another dentist that is available within the next few days to help me.

Very knowledgeable Dentist!!! Highly recommended. So much fear and worry we had to take our little ones and now feel that the kids are in safe hands.

I would give 10+ stars if I could. Dr. Lakshman is an excellent Dentist. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Nancy is very patient and works great along side Dr. Lakshman. They make a great team. Highly recommend Harmony Dental Frisco!

I would give 10+ stars if I could. Dr. Lakshman is an excellent Dentist. She is very knowledgeable and cares about her patients. Nancy is very patient and works great along side Dr. Lakshman. They make a great team. Highly recommend Harmony Dental Frisco!

One of the best Dental Doctor in Frisco.. Scheduling appointment with front desk person was easy and their way of handling the patient is so good. I was quite nervous while visiting, but the way the Doctor handled the case made me feel very comfortable.

Caring patient care and professional attitude provided a great experience for my wife and myself. We had teeth cleaning and a cap replaced. I would recommend Harmony Dental to anyone who has dental needs

Harmony Dental is THE place to go for dental issues. Starting from Nancy to Dr, Yaso, the whole staff is just amazing to work with. We started seeing Dr. Yaso for our infant's dental concerns few years back and now we are all go to her for treating any dental issues in the family and also suggest others. If google allowed more stars, i'd give them all :). I have been to many dentists in the past but never had such great customer experience ever. In the current days, where we have dentist offices on every other block, I'd say Harmony Dental is the place which always provide great customer/patient service with great results and we never felt the need of going for any second opinion either, because Dr. Yaso and her staff are THE BEST. Dr. Yaso has always provided right attention and guidance every-time we met her, and has never rushed the treatment. Her's and her staff kindness makes dental treatment easier to handle, not just fir adults but also for the kids.

I had a wonderful experience in harmony dental. They were very patient and flexible with me. After providing the service they double checked whether I am comfortable with the filling and keep adjusting it until I was comfortable with it. Thank you so much for your service.

Dr Lakshman has been my dentist for a couple of years now. She's performed routine checkups and put in a new crown about a year ago. She's super nice and incredibly conscientious. There are some people you want to sweat the small stuff, and your dentist is one. When my original crown came in she was dissatisfied with how well it fit. She made new molds of my mouth and reordered a brand new one. The second one fit perfectly and has been rock solid. She also went to great lengths to color match too. Her support staff are as nice as she is. If you looking for a primary dentist in West Frisco I highly recommend Harmony Dental.

Me & my daughter had appointments together for Regular Cleaning. The check in was easy & quick. The front desk person was awesome in collecting the info from us. The Doctor was too good and attentive during the entire cleaning service & kept on asking how comfortable we are or any pain... The overall visit was a good experience and appreciable.

Absolutely excellent. The service is kind and patient-oriented. Dr. Yaso always makes sure you're comfortable and will take the time to ensure that the job is done right. I had multiple procedures done and am more than satisfied with everything!

The doctor correctly examines and gives us all the options, be it treatment, care to your teeth or payment. Such a genuine person. Handles kids nicely.
