Ever since I can remember, I always loved working with my hands, but I also love to help people. So, I figured out pretty quickly that dentistry would be the perfect fit for me, and I was right! I love interacting with my patients every day and helping them achieve oral and overall wellness. Im quite a talker and patients would probably tell you I talk too much ?. But all my patients know I truly care about them, and will always treat them like I would my own family.
Born and raised in Brazil, Dr. da Costa started his dental career by attending dental school at Universidade Paulista. Then, he moved to the United States, completing dental school again at the University of Nebraska.
In the communities around our Beaverton, OR office, we have become well known for offering high-quality dentistry that effectively addresses our patients needs. We offer general, cosmetic, and restorative dentistry solutions in a warm and caring environment that makes you feel right at home.

Dr de Costa and staff have always been friendly, caring and professional. Their explanations and instructions are always clear. The teeth cleanings and dental work I have had done have all been comfortable and successful. I would recommend this practice highly.

I have been going to Harmony Dental for about 5 years. They have been so extremy kind, caring, supportive and take great care while having any procedure done whether it be a routine cleaning or root canal. I was terrified to find a new Dentist after a long while of not having one. Dr. Costa is amazing, he and his team eased my fears and made me feel safe and comfortable. The entire team from front desk, billing, hygentist, assistants and Dr. Costa, they are all wonderdul! When ever there is a need for something more than a routine cleaning we are able to make a plan that I feel comfortable with and never feel rushed or pressured. Thank you Harmony Dental!!

My visit was just ok. I'm new to the ultrasonic cleaning and found it uncomfortable. The hygienist wasn't very sympathetic. She tried to say the right words though. Maybe just a little inexperienced.

For me, a "wonderful experience" sums up every visit to Harmony Dental. The staff is always curtious, profressional and caring. I like that Dr. Da Costa invests in the latest dental technology and equipment. I've been going to Harmony Dental for a number of years, and I will continue to do so, because I know I am, and will always receive the best possible dental care.
