At Harmon Dental Center we are constantly evolving as the dentistry does. We utilize the latest technology and innovations in dentistry which allows us to achieve more predictable and satisfying outcomes for your oral health.
Dr. Harmon graduated from Cumberland College in 1995 with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and went on to teach junior high and high school before joining the United States Army Reserves. In the Reserves, Dr. Harmon received training as a dental assistant and worked closely with dentists in a Medical Support Unit in Louisville. He was so impressed with the advances being made in dental technology that he decided to pursue a career as a dentist. In 2005, Dr. Harmon graduated with his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) with Honors from The Ohio State University after serving on active duty in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Dr. Harmon is passionate about giving his patients healthy, beautiful smiles for a lifetime. His goal is to treat all of his patients as he would his own family with the utmost respect and highest level of customer service. In addition, Dr. Harmon regularly attends continuing education courses in order to ensure he is able to offer his patients the latest dentistry has to offer. Dr. Harmon is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, Louisville Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the East End Study Club.
Dr. Chelsea Rupp earned her Bachelors degree in Biology in 2010 from Bellarmine University, and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in 2014. Dr. Rupp is from Louisville, KY and spent five years serving as a dentist in the United States Army. She and her husband Matt have two young sons, Remy and Morgan. After graduating dental school, she completed her residency in Advanced General Dentistry in Tacoma, Washington. She is an active member of the American Dental Association, Louisville Dental Society and the East End Study Club. Dr. Rupp enjoys playing tennis, rock climbing, watching Kentucky basketball, travelling and being with her family. She is overjoyed to be joining such a wonderful practice.

Best dentist and staff in town! They are excellent dentists and hygienists, BUT so gentle and kind. I feel like I have a friend (a highly skilled and educated friend) who is also concerned with my comfort and over all well being. Love this group?

My first visit. Very customer/patient friendly. Technology, knowledge, and staff are 1st class. This was the best experience I've had in a dentist chair, no doubt. Wish I would have known of Dr. Harmon sooner!

My husband and I have moved around a bit due to working in and out of town. During that time we saw a few different dentists. None that compare to the quality of work and great service we have received from Harmon Dental. The whole team is just amazing, attentive, and have provided us with the best possible care. We are so happy to have been referred to their office that once we settled our work load and bought a house in Indiana we have continued to go to Harmon Dental. For us it is well worth the longer drive. I can't imagine going anywhere else. We love them that much.
