0 stars. Very bad experience. They were very impatient and extremely rough with me. It was very painful too. I have been to the dentist alot of times before, but I can say this experience was the worst. Very unprofessional. I can't give specifics but I tried to follow their instructions but they couldn't realize that the thing was too big in my mouth it was difficult to breathe and close my mouth. It was hurting my mouth because I started bleeding from under my teeth. Another thing that never happened before. I just had a difficult time tolerating them.

Horrible experience...ever! After waiting for 2 hours, taking unnecessary X-RAYS, (I had my own with me). After 15 minutes this Dentist came, asking me to keep my mouth open, standing the entire procedure, it was a cleaning, rushing and hurting my gums badly. The procedure took less than 15 minutes, you can figure the type of cleaning she performed, right? Stay away from this place, they are butchers.

They were really aggressive with my mouth when injecting the needle to numb me. It just felt like he just kept stabbing my mouth. And barely checked if they did the job right. I got filling and they barely made sure both sides of my mouth were even. They are extremely rude. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Would not recommend this place.

Did an excellent job! Removed two wisdom teeth and did three fillings plus a deep clean in one day. The front desk staff was extremely professional..I will be going back for a teeth whitening procedure which is also very affordable. Keep up the great work!

At the very bare minimum this place is disgusting. Save yourself from the trauma you will endure post leaving this place. Unsanitary to say the very least. How is the doctor still in practice? I hate to see black and brown people go here getting ripped off by the doctor who's performing unsanitary treatment and doing insurance fraud. Save yourself. I HIGHLY urge you not to bring anyone you love nor any elderly people to this dentist facility.

Head Doctor is very rough even when communicated to that he is being to rough , just ignores you , always seems angry , doesn't greet you , always behind schedule 1 hr+ . Did a poor job on my root canal was in pain for days , and had leftover cement in between tooth/and the gum lining , didn't know until after my mouth was no longer numb which took alll day , they give you 10 numbing shots that turn into complete soreness after wearing off . Unprofessional honestly , just go somewhere else

Was there this past Tuesday 4/19/2022 and to tell you don't go here I really mean it I got there at 10 am and didn't get out to 1 pm got call in At 1030 and they didn't see me till about 12 so I waited hour and a half just for the doctor tell me I had one cavity and then he jacked hammered the needle to my gum then he tells me that other doctor would do my fill in and waited 20 minutes for her to come in and pretty much cut up my entire mouth didn't feel the cut on my left side till later that day because it was numb at the time but once I got the feeling back in my mouth I can feel the cuts on my gums two days later and my mouth is still bleeding a little filling is chipping off and have to make other appointment with other dentist pls don't go here not worth the pain

Not only do they give you bad Dentures... My mother lost a tooth less than 2 months after receiving the set of teeth, you start losing them one tooth behind the other.. This is a dangerous place to too

My appointment at this place was horrific and traumatizing to say the least. I came in on Friday initially for a cleaning and consultation. After taking X-rays I was told I needed some fillings and 2 root canals. I told the doctor that I would do the fillings and would come back on a later date for the roots canals which were both on the left side of my mouth. This doctor came in the room and underhandedly and sneakily over numbed my left side so he could convince into doing the root canals. Once it was time to sign consent for the work to be done the dental assistant gave me a hard time because I requested to read the consent before signing, he said it "it was a lot to read" and I will get a copy after treatment which I never did. I told him if he didn't let me read the form I was gonna walk out. The doctors are very rough and aggressive, I was in the chair crying in pain and they insisted that I continue. I left with 1 root canal completed with a busted temp crown and an unfinished root canal due to excruciating pain. They left me in the room for 30 min once I tapped out and refused to continue, almost forgot to fill the unfinished canal had I not said anything. My mouth has been swollen and painful since Friday it is now Tuesday. I am now sitting in the office waiting to get a copy of my consent and X-rays that the doctor is refusing to give me.

Someone needs to replace all staff members except the African American guy. They are rude and very dismissive. My appointment was at 10pm and I'm just being seen at 11:30 ! The material is old and products are in horrible condition

Never leave reviews but damn... just don't Update: I left this review a couple days ago because of the pain and poor staff, but now I had to come back because today I was licking my tooth which felt weird and after using the flashlight to look at the inside of my mouth what I found was that my rear left mole had been chipped, a big piece. Do not come here.

Please go somewhere else. came out bleeding from all my front teeth, they were VERY, unprofessionally aggressive, even when you cooperate. The front desk staff is the only thing pleasant about this office. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The Dr. Takes off the mask, talks on top of your face, and stops working on you to watch TV. Worst experience.

If I could give this establishment a zero, I would. To start, the staff working here are exceptionally rude and dismissive. The doctor would come in unannounced and didn't even greet us. He then proceeded to work on my father's mouth with his mask down while chewing gum. UNPROFESSIONAL. My father, who has dementia and is hard of hearing, was told by the doctor to close his mouth and by mistake my father opened it, to which the doctor SCREAMED AND FORCIBLY CLOSED my father's mouth with his fist. I told him that my father had dementia and he proceeded to scream at me. Also, they keep the powder mix for dentures in a cookie bin. Truly an unprofessional and UNSANITARY dentist.

Writing this as I sit in the office. Appointment was at 4pm. It is now 6pm and my teeth have yet to be cleaned...Trust the reviews and avoid! UPDATE: Dentist came poked around a bit and said my teeth were already clean! No polishing, no flossing, no fluoride. Ten bucks says they'll bill my insurance, however. Went to leave and he says "How talk are you? I like tall girls." Inefficient, ineffective and a creep to top it off.

Dr.Niderman wears the mask under his chin, uses a cell phone in between the novocaine shots, and his dental assistant will make sure to check on her lunch order on her cell while performing cavity fillings. Most importantly, the entire place is filthy including their medical equipment and bathroom without soap.
