The receptionist who answer the phone is so damn dry & rude, she needs a class on customer service. I hope he replaces her one day because I'm sure he's lost plenty of patients because of her dry attitude. Wish I could give them 0 stars

I made an appointment via Zoc Doc for a Saturday visit. I called the office to check to make sure they accepted my insurance. The lady that answered the phone was SOO rude, I was disgusted. She was extremely abrasive and dismissive. She told me to just 'come on and she'll take a look at it when I get there.' I told her, I didn't want to just 'show up' I wanted to check first. She began naming off insurances they accepted with an attitude as though what I was requesting was unreasonable. She was the quintessential ghetto receptionist. The doctor may be a good Doc, he just definitely needs better help. I'm cancelling my appointment, I will not be a part of such lunacy.

Be warned this dentist will try and scam you out of $5 for a so called "office visit" fee which he claimed to my insurance company "Covers the cost of supplies such as gloves and minor equipment". This is a total scam. If your insurance, such as Cigna Dental, states specifically on your fee schedule (which you can call and talk to them about) shows $0 co-pay/office visit fees, DO NOT PAY HIM THE $5! I was on hold with my insurance company while they spoke with the dentist directly, I could hear him flying off the handle and screaming at the poor woman from the insurance company out in the hallway. This is beyond unprofessional and disrespectful towards your patients. Do not go to this dentist. Find someone else like I did who would treat you and your insurance company with respect and not charge you ridiculous "office visit" fees.
