I was raised in Mount Pocono, Pennsylvania. I attended Scranton Preparatory School for high school. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. I completed my pre-doctoral dental education and certification in advanced general dentistry at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry.

The rest of the staff and the dentist is actually pleasant with the exception of the front desk person/receptionist who carelessly and loudly discussed my plan of treatment as if the provider is unaware of the plan. I am giving a 1 star review because proper etiquette with patient information should be observe carefully.....I felt personally violated when the receptionist discussed my personal business carelessly. Without her noticing I am still in the vicinity listening to her rant, and comfortably disclosing/gossiping about my treatment plan to another staff. Being in a health care profession, one should be cautiously aware on how a patient treatment should be discussed, it should always be privately, much more if the actual patient is the one listening to the careless action. Very unprofessional and a HIPAA violation. I will be changing provider and will be cancelling all scheduled appointments with the rest of my family....very disappointed...

I was greeted by a lovely, smiling receptionist who was very conscientious in updating my information. Then Brittany, the best hygienist I believe I have ever had ( I have very sensitive teeth and gums) was thorough, fun and a joy to be around. Highly recommend!!!!

Cleaning was done efficiently by very pleasant person. Was comfortable throughout thorough process to examine for any problems. Asked for any issues and quickly addressed a needed adjustment on the spot. Very pleased with visit.

From the second I walked in to the second I left, every person in the office is WONDERFUL. Kim did exactly what I asked for and have been dreaming of. I have been to multiple dentists and I felt they made my issue worse. Kim took her time and fixed my front teeth to how I remember them. The assistant was just as understanding and sweet. I'm so happy with my smile. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone! Thanks so much Kim and your team!

If I could I wouldn't leave any stars. Twice over they wanted to reschedule my appointment before ever being seen by this company. Than when I said I cant be seen before a certain time due to my work schedule the receptionist got nasty with me. I go into my appointment to fill out paperwork and I told my son to sit down and dont touch light so the receptionist jumps up and starts disabling my 4 year old son. I was correcting him myself and she is a stranger whom we don't know she had no right to get nasty with my 4 year old. I will not recommend this place to anyone due to the receptionist.

Facility is very clean. The staff strictly adheres to Covid-19 CDC Guidelines protecting themselves and their patients. They are very personable and do an excellent job of caring for your teeth.

I've been going to Harford County Dentistry for several years. The best dentist I've ever had. Explains everything, professional, and does great work. Love Dr. Elliott for what she's done for my smile and confidence. HIGHLY recommended.
