We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.
Dr. Jacquelyn Flores is a native Houstonian and proud to be the first dentist in her family. She received her B.A. in Bioinformatics from the University of St. Thomas-Houston before attending the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston. Throughout her doctoral program, she was actively involved in several organizations, including the American Student Dental Association, Hispanic Student Dental Association, Asian American Dental Association and American Dental Association. She was also dedicated to community service, dental public health, and outreach. She has participated in international medical/dental mission trips and volunteered at various elementary schools and community health fairs performing oral health and cancer screenings. Dr. Flores takes pride in the dental profession and looks forward to continuing dental advocacy in her community. She is very passionate about educating patients about their oral health care and helping them attain a healthy smile they can be confident about.

I had an excellent experience with Lisa and the entire staff at Hardy Webster Dentistry. I have had numerous dental procedures through the years but I needed to find a new professional group. I highly recommend Hardy Webster! I am confident and comfortable there. Thank you Lisa for the thorough exam yesterday. Very friendly staff. Emily my hygienist is great but then I have never had a bad experience with any of the other hygienists. Dr. Webster is always friendly and talkative. They are very attentive to your dental needs but they don't try and give you the high pressure tactic to make you think that your teeth are going to fall out if you don't immediately act on their suggestions.

Dr. Webster was able to re-attach my crown with one days notice as a new patient!! Pretty amazing considering my regular dentist couldn't fit me in and gave me an appointment a week after my crown came off while flossing. Dr. Webster and staff did an excellent job and was able to go on our family vacation as planned. I was researching for a new dentist as my normal dentist was retiring. I will be using Dr. Webster as my NEW dentist!!!

The front office staff is super sweet and keeps in communication with you up until your appointment. I have always felt so welcomed by the ladies up front. I had the pleasure of getting Lisa C and she is amazing. It has been several years since I have seen her but she never forgets a face. She is very thorough with cleaning and explaining what steps you need to take to prevent plaque build up and other healthy preventative self care. I have been going to Dr. Hardy Webster Dental off and on for over 10 plus years, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in all age groups. -Lauren

I've never posted a review for a medical service or facility of any kind. I always avoided doctors and hospitals and dentists if I could. They just gave me anxiety, I was never comfortable, doctors weren't great at bedside even if staff was good, or staff were indifferent and doctors were okay. So many reasons. This place is so different. From the front desk, to the back of the house, to the actual dentists...every single person is genuinely kind and warm. Even standoffish guys like myself feel comfortable here. It's perfect. It's amazing. The actual dental work is top shelf. It took a small village of referrals to get me to go here, but I agree with every single person who raved about it. I only regret I've only five stars to give. Special shout out to Jennifer. She feels like extended family at this point and I've never been more comfortable and trusting of someone working on me.
