Incredibly rude employees. Havent been the best with kids ever since we went in. For some reason my sons teeth only get worse coming here. I really dont even know how. The employees never gave us a valid reason why his teeth have been getting worse, only telling us that his teeth need to be pulled. Hes barely even 3 though and they eant to put him under...

My son has visited Dr. Hardie twice. Both experiences were very rushed! Dental hygienist & doctor are not kid friendly. Didn't greet my son, very forceful in pinning him down to clean teeth & get him out. Dr. didn't give me a report of anything he saw or noticed. He barely even acknowledged me. Receptionist was the one to say "just keep doing what you're doing" I wouldn't recommend it, the dentist can already be anxiety provoking for kids & staff did nothing to ease that.

My young child had a botched crown from a different provider that needed to be removed. I was so worried as we had never worked with Dr. Hardy before. Long story short we had a wonderful experience considering the situation. I am very grateful to have found Dr. Hardy.

In the beginning I'll admit I had a hard time liking this place.. But as I kept taking my kids I realized he knows what he's doing and says it the way it is no sugarcoating. I respect straight forwardness and has saved the teeth of my child that other dentists said couldn't be helped due to genetics. Most are put off with his approach but he cares about children's oral health and holds parents accountable for lack of their children's oral hygiene (myself included) lol. I will continue to see him and yes I do recommend him.

We are a Family of 4 little ones who LOVE Dr Hardie. He comes out and explains everything in a way not only parents can understand but kids too. He's gentle and Courteous his staff is also amazing if you have a child that fears the dentist as most kids do, please see Dr. Hardie i've never heard a bad thing about him and he is such a caring person. The Jensen family loves you Dr. Hardie!! P.S notice the people giving horrible reviews aren't people of color smh sad. Dr Hardie is a AA male in a field dominated by caucasian males and that is why we support him. Bunch of Karen's. We support AA businesses!! Take your complaints to a doctor more suitable for your spoiled child then.

I liked him and staff at first but over the years both have really gone downhill. Staff is rude and he is very vague.

Staff is always very patient with my 2 year old. They got me in right away when I had an emergency with him, were friendly, and helped me with my concerns

The dentist is very short, rude and overall mean! He is not at all into ANY kids feelings or fears, and pretty much shuts parents thoughts and concerns right down! When my son needed to take a valume before he was going into surgery the following morning they treated me like I was some kind of drug addict stating " if I lost or misplaced the pill that they WOULD NOT REPLACE IT!!" Very rude!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE!!!!

My first time here and I was pretty staisfied with the attention given to my 2 year old. I'm sorry for her out burst but again she is 2 and they handled her very well. The doctor was very straight forward and gave much detail. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
