Our family has been very happy with this office for many years. Quality care, clean office, and friendly staff. My only complaint, however, is that recently they've stopped letting you make your next appointment six months ahead. I don't understand the theory behind that and it is quite inconvenient.

My entire family has been going here for as long as I can remember. Great family run business. Had a tooth extraction today and felt zero pain. Doctor did an excellent job.

Amy B is absolutely amazing. So professional, kind and caring. She always looks out for the patient. Going to the dentist is actually relaxing with Amy!

Had to have a deep cleaning. Deb did the procedure. I've had this done before and was leary because it hurt so much. I am amazed at how it didn't hurt at all...deb did an amazing job all the while making sure it was as painless as possible....Thank You !!!

I always feel welcome at the office. Dr. Michelle Is always very pleasant and they are not pushy. I certainly would recommend their office.

Harborside Dental is a wonderful office with the most caring and kind individuals. Everyone is cheerful and willing to help answer questions and explain treatment. The front desk was very friendly on the phone and scheduled me for the first appointment. When I showed up for the appointment, everything was clearly explained to me and my cleaning appointment was scheduled. They even put me on a short call list if any openings came up for a sooner time slot. Dr. Michelle listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. The entire staff was amazing!

Every time I go to Harborside Dental Associates I have a pleasant experience. The dentists, hygienists, and staff are all friendly, courteous, and professional. Appointments are easy to schedule and they always take the time to address any concerns I may have. From cleanings to major dental work they are the best!

The Doctors have been wonderful, knowledgeable and kind. HOWEVER, of late, my husband upper broken AGAIN for the 2nd time. When husband asked about cost to repair, he was told, "whatever, the charge to repair is, that is the cost" The BILLING staff/office Staff, need schooled on PATIENT, CUSTOMER SERVICE & COMMUNICATION. YOU KNOW, SOMETHING LIKE "ASKING WHAT HAPPEN" DURING VISIT, ETC. I also advised the staff, DO NOT CALL MY CELL PHONE, CALL MY HOME #. (with exception of notifying patient to come upstairs appointment time) Guess what # was called to be talked to in a very condescending YOU DID MANNER, about the "past due Bill/invoice) Her response, "OH the Dr has taken VERY GOOD CARE OF HIM SINCE, 200*. The condescending attitude and rudeness from Tammy and Leanne prior, we have decided The DOCTORS AND NURSING/TECH STAFF ARE WONDERFUL, THEIR OFFICE STAFF/BILLING, ARE SOME OF THE RUDEST, AUTHORITARIAN KNOW IT ALL'S, GREAT AT "TELLING YOU" BUT HORRIBLE ABOUT "ASKING QUESTIONS, AND COMMUNICATING. BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY KNOW THE WHOLE STORY ABOUT WHO SAID/ACTED, ETC. IE. THEY CORRECTED THEIR INVOICE/LEDGER YET FAILED TO SEND CORRECTED ONE WITH EXPLANATION OR NOT, TO THE PATIENT. I advised them that after over X amount of years, (10+) I will correct my error and pay the $58 that I put a hold on, IF they send us our dental records we will be on our way and leave. According to this Tech, it is my husband's fault that these uppers and bottom piece keep breaking and the answer to the COST is "it is what it is". We wouldn't stay with this Practice if the cost per visit were $1.

Dr. Moenning is great, he very professional and courteous. Also, the hygienist Katryna is great, I've known her since high school, she was very nice back then, now she is still very nice and very professional. The whole office staff is very friendly and professional.

As new patients, we were extremely pleased with Dr Dan's skill in utilizing implants to provide full replacement of Joe's upper teeth. His technical skill is awesome! We highly recommend him!

So we just moved here from IL and have seen many posts about this dentist that were positive however in my first phone experience with them I would not consider using them.I have been seeing a dentist religiously all my life, have 2 cleanings per year and have insurance. I was trying to make an appointment to become their patient. First they told me I had to call the insurance company to see if they were considered in network as they do not do that! She gave me the information to tell my insurance company so then we moved on to making an appointment. I was told that first I had to see the dentist for a complete work up and to insure all my x-rays were current and that "I didn't have anything going on in my mouth that they needed to know about first!" Then I could make another appointment for the cleaning. When I asked why that couldn't be done on the same day ( I am not retired and still working) they said they needed to make sure that if there was something else going on that they can not hold up the hygienist with their schedule! What they were really saying was that their time was more important than mine in my opinion and were not trying to accommodate the customer. I guess I will never find out if this office was good or not as the receptionist destroyed any thought of me coming there! This was an awful experience and did not appreciate being treated like I was. I am sure I will find a caring dentist office that will listen to the patients needs.
