Dr. Bingham is a third generation dentist, who grew up in Calgary, Alberta. Dr. Bingham attended Brigham Young University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery with Honors in Research from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio Dental School. After dental school, he received advanced training in pediatrics.
His dental interests include Pediatric Dentistry, Wisdom Teeth Extractions, and Sedation Dentistry. He is licensed to practice Dentistry in Washington State and Texas. Dr. Bingham is an affiliated instructor with the University of Washington Dental School, where we teaches students about dentistry and is currently undergoing credentialing for PeaceHealth hospital. Dr. Binghams wife is from Washington State and he is the Father of three boys and one daughter. He enjoys hiking, reading, following the Calgary Flames and spending time with his family.
Dr Justin VanBibber is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist. He was born and raised in Salt Lake City Utah. Soon after graduating from high school, he decided he wanted to become a Pediatric Dentist. He began his education at the University of Utah where he obtained a B.S. in Sociology with a certificate in Criminology. He then moved to Ft. Lauderdale Florida to attend Nova Southeastern University College of Dental Medicine, where he graduated with honors. After receiving his D.M.D, he continued his education at Boston University where he received his certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. During his time in Boston, Dr. VanBibber had the opportunity to work at Boston Medical Center, Franciscan Hospital for Children, and East Boston Neighborhood Health Center.
While in Boston, Dr. VanBibber was lucky enough to meet his beautiful wife Rachel. Together they decided that they wanted to call Washington their home. They are parents to two young children, their daughter Tess, and son Cam. They love to enjoy all the outdoor activities Washington has to offer including skiing, hiking, and biking. They also enjoy the Arts and attending sporting events.
Dr. Choi attended Case Western Reserve University, where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree (DMD). She then completed her orthodontic training at the Saint Louis University Center of Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Choi found that being an orthodontist would be her life calling and a way to provide a life-changing experience for her patients. Desiring to achieve the highest degree of merit in orthodontics, Dr. Choi went on to obtain her board certification. Certification is a rigorous process that requires demonstration of exceptional competency to treat patients at the highest standards. Dr. Choi is passionate about giving patients the tools to improve their smiles and self-confidence.

We loved our first visit, it was for my son who graduated from Happy Kids. We were welcomed and asked who we was checking in right away, and I was given paperwork to fill out, we got called back fast, the assistant was super nice, took my son for x-rays and my daughter and I waited for him in the exam room. Harbor Kids gives more choices of flavors of toothpaste and fluoride and what was so surprising is that my son didn't get the sticky one like he used to get before. The doctor is great and explained treatment and we are happy with it. My daughter even wants to transfer from her dentist to Harbor Kids and I told her it is her choice, she was comfortable there with her brother. So our first visit we love them.

I love coming here it's a great experience for my daughter. They are so gentle with her and she has already gone under a surgery they did amazing with. I would recommend at least trying it out for yourself for your littles.Thank you to all the amazing staff at Harbor Kids Dental. Manda Kayz

I have one child who did not want to cooperate but had major work that needed done. I took him here for general anesthesia and it was able to all be fixed in one setting. Holly was able to get him back without crying, she is very good at her job! They came out and checked in with me and made sure all our questions were answered. I highly recommend! I was super nervous about this experience but it went smoothly and for that I am thankful! Thank you crew at Harbor kids

Absolutely amazing staff they are not only great with the kids but also so through with the parents! The environment is very calm while still maintaining a fun enviorment for kiddos without being overwhelming. The dentist & team has been so thorough with my kids. We didnt have a very great experience at our previous clinic. Our experiences here have been so much different, they have been very genuine & patient with us, but most importantly thorough and have really taken the time to make sure nothing was overlooked and they did amazing work on my children.

Always a great experience when I bring my granddaughters in whether it's for a cleaning or for treatment staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable and ask if we have questions. We Love Harbor Kids Dental.

I love this place. I have never been so comfortable taking my kids to a dentist as I have been here. They treat our children so great. My kids actually look forward to their check ups. I highly recommend them! They do great work and their customer service is amazing as well.

We just had our 6 month check up and both boys love to go . I have a special needs son who has always been terrified of Dentist and he likes to go to Harbor Kids and that is a win win for this mom Harbor Kids is clean friendly and very inviting

Amazing experience! Office Manager Holly is fantastic, always willing to help you figure out what works for your family. I came in this morning at 4:50 am to have my child get crowns on his teeth, not only did Holly comfort me before during and after the procedure, the Anesthesiologist team and Dentist all did separately as well. I won't be taking my children anywhere else!

Teeth cleaning consisted of brushing my kids teeth for less than 5 mins. No floss, no anything. Oh, they did X-rays. I asked and she said, yep it's easy at this age. (11 and 14 years old) When dentist came to look at their teeth he was scraping lots of plaque off their teeth just to look at teeth!!! I've never had this happen before. Quite shocked.

If your looking for a great kids dentist this is hands down the best, all four of my kids enjoy going there. The assistants are gentle and caring with them while doing X-rays and cleaning. The office assistant Holly is amazing, she's always happy and cheerful.

The office manager is very unprofessional. Every time I call the office to discuss treatment for my child she is never there. Last time I was in the office for my child's appointment she was discussing personal problems and using vulgar language for everyone in the waiting room to hear. She doesn't wear a mask in the office and doesn't take Covid seriously. I will not be bringing my child back here. Hire better management.

Harbor Kids Dental has been our dentist for the last 3 years and all of the staff there including the Dentist and the office manager are so great, professional and informative. Always providing support in times of need and making sure patients are always taken care of even in the over year and half of covid. They offer masks to families as they come in and also give the option to call prior to appointment and wait in the car if needed. We love this office and are so glad they are an addition to longview.
