Dr. Meredith Todd is a native of Cambridge, MD, and graduated from University of Maryland - College Park before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland - Baltimore College of Dental Surgery in 2011. She completed an additional 1-year general practice residency at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA.
Dr. Todd is very devoted to continuing education and has pursued additional training in advanced restorative dentistry, TMD (tempromandibular joint disorder), oralconscious sedation, and dental treatment for obstructive sleep apnea. She has completed advanced training in bone grafting, implant placement, and implant restoration and is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. She is also certified in Botox and dermal fillers by the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
She is an active member of the Eastern Shore Dental Society, the Maryland State Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Facial Esthetics, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. In her free time she enjoys music, boating, and spending time with her two golden retrievers, Ellie and Emma.
Jackie Knox, RDH,is from Caroline County and graduated from University of Maryland School of Dentistry Division of Dental Hygiene though their Eastern Shore satellite program in 2013. She lives on the Choptank River with her husband, Andy, and their 3 dogs, Wake, Ranger, and Remi.
Paige Barrow will be your friendly chairside dental assistant. Paige is an Eastern Shore Native and grew up on Tilghman Island. She has one baby boy, Waylon. In her spare time she enjoys fishing and home improvement projects.
Lorraine Pfaff, RDH has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years. Lorraine lives with her husband, Craig, in Centreville and together they have 4 daughters: Lauren, Carly, Charli and Calli. In her spare time Lorraine enjoys boating, gardening and decorating.
Danielle Bennett grew up in Crapo and lives in Cambridge. She enjoys picking wild asparagus from the ditch banks in the spring and boating in the summertime, as well as spending time with her yellow lab, Ridge.
Megan is the friendly face at the front desk, she is a Dorchester County Native. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend, spending time with her two dogs Waylon, & Nylah, and playing on a pool league.
Jennifer Mowbray, RDH is an Eastern Shore native, born and raised in Cambridge. She has been in the dental field for 16 years starting as an assistant and then becoming a hygienist after graduating in 2013 from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry with a Bachelor's of Science in Dental Hygiene. She lives in Cambridge with her husband Bernie, and two dogs Bailey and Oliver. In her free time, she enjoys going to the beach and spending time with her two nieces.

Wonderful experience at Harbor Dental! After moving away from my former dental practice, I was apprehensive about finding a new dentist. I was thrilled with my first visit to Harbor. Megan at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful as we navigated my issuance issues. My dental hygienist, Lorraine, took the time to explain what she was doing and how I could improve my dental health. I have very sensitive eyes and loved that they give you sunglasses to wear during the cleaning for protection from the bright light. Dr. Todd was was quick and thorough and explained what she will watch for at my next visit. All in all, an excellent experience.

I made an appointment to be seen for a broken molar I arrived at Harbor Dental, and was greeted by very polite and professional staff. I had to have the tooth filled and I so relaxed during the procedure I could have fallen asleep. The Dr. And the assistant were very nice and made me feel comfortable. I appreciate the treatment I received.

From the initial appointment to the scheduling of my next appointment , they were very helpful. I am so impressed. The hygienist was extremely courteous and pleasant. The dentist was absolutely wonderful. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable.

This place is impeccable! From the front desk to the dental assistants and of course the head dentist! I've been with this dentist office since April of 2021 and have always felt included and special here! The dental assistants are very INFORMATIVE. They are so knowledgeable about healthy teeth and ways to prevent cavities, gum dieses, any and all things pertaining to teeth. I have not had one bad experience yet and believe they won't let me down! I one hundred percent recommend Dental Harbor Center!

I had a little to minimal wait. Extremely easy check in and check out process, they were very nice at the front desk. Paige did my xrays and assisted the doctor and was extremely kind. The doctor was knowledgeable and caring. A wonderful first visit, I'm so happy to be a patient here!
