I've been going to Harbison Hill for approximately 4 years and have always had a quick, pleasant experience. The staff are highly competent and the doctor really seems to care about your dental hygiene, taking time the time to discuss concerns and recommendations. They also have every tool, gadget, and treatment available, but are still in network with BCBS, which means they can do everything in house and most of it is covered by insurance to some degree. 5/5 highly recommended.

I've been going to Harbison dental the receptionist is very nice and quick get you checked in right away. Brianna did my cleaning she was warm and gentle the office is clean and relaxing

My very first visit was great! The front desk staff was very helpful and caring. The office itself was very clean. The dental tech Dee was great she took very good care of me. They gave me a blanket because it was definitely cold in there lol. She took my xrays and explain everything to me. And of course Dr. Yelisetty there's not enough words to explain how great of a man he is. Very great bedside manners, explain everything in detail. They all took very good care of me. My very first visit was awesome!

As a new patient I cannot say enough about Dr. Yelisetty and his staff. They are awesome! From Barbie at the front desk to my hygienist Emily. Harbison Hill Dentistry goes above and beyond. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs dental work.

Dr. Yelisetty and his staff are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Unlike other practitioners in the area, the practice is not focused on attempting to "up-sell" you on services you neither want nor need, but do offer advanced procedures. Up-to-date technology employed by the office make visits quick, easy, less messy, and less stressful. Insurance paperwork is handled quickly by the practice manager, too. Five stars!

My first visit and I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door until I left. The assistant Bre explained everything to me to make sure I understood. Dr. Yelisetty also explained everything and didn't rush through the appointment. Definitely will be back.

I've been going here for the last five years and since being a patient here, have changed dentists 3x's. The staff and new dentist is friendly. However, the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I typically always try to arrive on time and even early, but if I'm running a few minutes behind I try to let the staff know in advance. It seems arrival time doesn't matter because even though I was taken back shortly after I arrived, I waited about an hour before I was able to actually speak with the dentist. This happens frequently here. I overheard the dentist chatting with other patients for a while and even heard him discussing my medical information in the hall, but he didn't come to my room until about an hour later. When he did come in to discuss next steps, it was for about 5 minutes and then I was left to wait for about another 15 minutes. I hate to say this because I've put in a lot of time here, but I'm disappointed with my overall visits lately. I feel like more time is wasted waiting rather than actually receiving the proper treatment and education on what is happening. Going to the dentist can already be nerve wracking as it is. I would appreciate a more timely experience and not just an in and out touch base by the dentist. Considering what I'm paying for treatment, I would appreciate a better experience during visits.

I absolutely love Harbison Hill Dentistry! The staff is so professional and the dentists there are amazing! Modern office, always clean and appointments are on time. Dr. Yelisetty is very nice and knowledgeable, and puts you at ease. Dental Hygienist Emily is very gentle and super nice. Would never think of going anywhere else!

Emily is my hygienist. I enjoy seeing her and I followed her to this location. She is extremely attentive to her patients: making sure they understand what she is doing, telling them what she needs from them, telling them what to expect, telling them how their oral health stands and what measures can/should be taken. She is careful with her tools. Sometimes getting your teeth cleaned can be painful regardless but I like how clean she gets my teeth and I like knowing that a sometimes uncomfortable process doesn't always have to be miserable.

Love Harbison Hill Dentistry!! Doctor Yelisetty and his staff have been amazing to work with as I play play catch-up on years of neglect of my teeth. The staff is always super friendly and professional. Doctor Yelisetty is very thorough and always makes sure you are comfortable with the procedure he is performing prior to, during and after. Would highly recommend!!

My visit was one of the best visits I've ever had at a dentist office. The staff listened to my concerns prior to getting started, during, and after. Rose was heaven sent. I went in with a bit of anxiety and she made me feel at ease. She explained each step that she took including the use for the tools and she was gentle yet effective. The Dr. was thorough in explaining my dental health to me and made sure I understood what was going on. The front desk was friendly and I did not feel pressured when going over cost and follow up visits. The office is super clean and I'm excited to have found an office that cares about their patients.

Harbison Hill Dentistry is a great office! From scheduling the appointment over the phone to the actual office visit, everyone was so nice and accommodating. The doctor and hygienists are well informed and friendly. I definitely recommend them!
