As I walked in, the front office was great at greeting me and getting me checked in. The wait was not long and the service was outstanding! They help adults too at this facility! Plus the waiting room is fun with motion video games and excellent Halloween decorations

If I could give this dental facility zero star I would. First off, the front desk staff are rude, disrespectful and think they run the place. Second, the doctors at the dental facility only care about the money and can care less about their customers and their teeth. The doctor supposedly found a cavity on my brother and they did a filling. Afterwards, they called my mother and told her they did the filling on the wrong tooth. As for my sister, they chipped one of her molars while doing a procedure. As for me, they said I needed two front dental crowns. They sent a referral for an approval from my insurance and after a month I called the insurance to see if the request was approved and they said they had approved it weeks ago! The staff in the front desk said I had to call again to have it approve again, I told them that was their fault for missing the approval which was sent to them and made her call for the approval. Oh and before the approval, they put some "temporary" crowns which one of them broke the day after it was placed. And when the crowns were ordered and arrived those crowns look like bunny teeth and they reordered them again. WORST DENTAL PLACE EVER !!! Going to this place is one of my biggest regret! By the way, 1313 W 17th St B, Santa Ana, CA 92706 last time I knew this was part of their facilities.

This is a horrible place to take your kids I do not recommend.. they will discriminate against your child by the size they are and determine with out trying they can't do a procedure on them unles they are put under because of there size!

The dr and dental assistant are amazing it's just the front desk who have no respect and all they do is make fun of costumers teeth well in my opinion they don't have all the best teeth them selfs they should show more respect towards patients especially couple of girls answering calls and making them

Horrible.Bad staff. They tie you up when you struggle which would be terrifying for little kids. They make fun of you when you have bad teeth. It takes forever. Not a good dentist.
