I had my first appointment and it included a "teeth cleaning" this was not a prophy or a proper teeth cleaning at all. In a normal dental office there is a hygienist who does the cleaning. The same dentist painfully scraped my teeth for about 3 minutes. Than a dental assistant went And " polished" my teeth for 5 minutes. It was not done in each tooth properly and it felt like it was rushed. This was not a proper cleaning. I've had dozens done. Trust me this was a terrible service. Also that same assistant had gloves on. Picked up something from the floor . Through it away and used her phone and all the same gloves on while she did the "polishing" super gross and frankly an oshoa violation. On the other hand the administration was impeccable and very kind and attentive. The lobby was very clean and smelled nice. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Like I said this was not a proper adult teeth cleaning or first time appointment.

felt very uneasy about this office never answering the phone or getting back to me to schedule an appointment, but now I'm grateful for it after reading the reviews. it sounds like a horror story.

Okay I didn't say anything when they redid a feeling that I had done less than 5 years ago I didn't say anything when my teeth were sensitive after they did the cavities and had to go somewhere else to have it fixed but I'm going to say something now. The office manager in there is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I the office number and told them my issues and his response is you need to find another dentist because I asked for them to send over a prescription of antibiotics he said I need to be seen first so they can do is wrong but I'm pretty sure and the x-rays they took the last time they saw that what they had redone was already up feeling but I had no complaints about that I'm complaining now because when I went into the office after he said you need to find another dentist he found it funny that I was explaining everything to the I guess assistant of the doctor and what I told him it wasn't funny she didn't check him or correct him she turned around and told me that I don't need to be talking to him but if he's sitting there laughing at me that's disrespectful and rude and that's no way to treat a patient. I love Diana she was understanding. Last but not least my sin has never been afraid of the dentist but he hates going there

Lied to in the worst way possible!Went in for a cavity that was bothering me to the point where I can't really eat much. My first appointment for X-Ray and consultation went ok except for they said said I neeeded all my wisdom teeth pulled but on my X-ray printout none of my wisdom teeth showed cavity. I ignored and scheduled for my fill ins on my problem side. I confirmed with the dentist, the assistant and the front desk what Fill ins are priority because I cannot eat on my top left side. They agreed and appointment was set. I show up for my fill in appointment, lay down on chair to begin numbing process and the dentist comes in and says she's doing work on the complete opposite side where I don't have problems at!!!! I said no I can not eat on the problem side and these fill ins are high priority and she said I need to reschedule and she's not sure when I can come back in. Why would I get fill ins on the opposite side and not be able to eat! They want to do the other fill ins to make sure come back for more work. Greed!!!! I'm going to another practice where they listen to their patients!Horrible horrible ethics here!

10/10 would not recommend. The women in there all have attitudes and the head dentist does not communicate with you at all. The tech that continued to take pictures on my teeth didn't know what the hell she was doing. I'm completely dissatisfied with this company. I would not recommend you bring yourself or kids here. The staff is rude and they suck.

Terrible experience, it was due to a displacement of a filling and they convinced me to put on a crown, which I had to wait for more than 15 days with a temporary crown that was not well built and cut my oral mucosa, also the day of cementing it was not there ready, because it was short and the doctor justified that she was bleeding a lot on the day of the preparation of the crown, finally I had to wait another week and in the end I had to undergo a root canal treatment, since they caused me a granuloma, no I would recommend them.

I have been under this dentist, Dr. Eugene for approximately 5 months now. I had 2 fillings, a lower partial and upper dentures. At first all seemed fine, but after I started to question my process, that's when things changed. I chose a color for my upper dentures... 1st dentures didn't fit. They rocked back and forth in my mouth and were bucked. The 2nd dentures made, they changed the color of the teeth from my choice. When I protest about the color of the dentures, my visits, which has been about 3 to 4 times a month, became more and more unpleasant. I kept getting from the dentist that I am being picky about how I wanted my dental work to be, which I paid for in full. It's a good thing to keep video/pictures of your process and choice you make, because I did. And I still have concern about the fillings she done, that I will have another dentist to check. Monitor and document the communication via email, text and phone calls, as well as want is communicated in person.

I went here for a year and a half and every visit was faster and faster. My last visit I was there for a total of 10 minutes; including wait time. They didn't use the cleaning paste or floss at all. They don't take the time to clean your teeth the way they should. I just got a new dentist and spent 2 hours there getting everything checked out to make sure my teeth are good. I almost needed a root canal but luckily just a filling. It wouldn't surprise me if they do poor preventative care to make you spend more money later on.

I've tried to keep going here but due to poor work I have had to spend more money finding another dentist to correct mistakes. I spent so much money on a root canal and crown that only last for 2 years. This was because I did not get a post on the tooth. I had to spend $500 for a new doctor to correct this mistake! My new dentist explained that you should never do a root canal without a post which Dr. Kim should have known but I guess she did not care! I have gotten bad fillings that I have had to go back for Dr. Kim to correct because of rushed work. I don't mind spending money but I want quality work!

Happy Smiles is definitely the WRONG NAME for this dental office. I am well aware that there is a 15 minute grace period for appointment times because I inquired prior to this appointment. I called and scheduled an appointment for an extraction because on my previous visit it was determined that I needed it. I arrived exactly 7 minutes late to find the front desk assistant and the dentist Dr. Kim standing at the desk having a private conversation which they continued as if I were not standing there. After 2 minutes he turns to me only to tell me that I'd need to be rescheduled. I had literally left work early that day and sat in traffic to get there only to be treated as if I don't matter! If I could give them 0 stars I would!!

Bad experience with the payment!! On the day of my appointment I piad and then they call me that they did not make the payment correctly and they need me to pay again the rest of what they were supposedly wrong!! I waste my time next day to go pay for their mistake Mmm..

I love going to Happy Smiles. The staff is always nice, friendly and willing to help. I am fortunate that I found them as I know that they will take care of me and truly care.

If you're nervous about going to the dentist, you should definitely pick this place because they make you feel very comfortable. Dr.Kim and her staff are amazing
