Got to be the worst dental place in the world. How is it that my appointment was a 12 and here it is almost 2 and I haven't been seen yet. This happen all the time. It's in the middle of the mall the reception is racist and have a Karen type of video all she does is sit there and play on her phone all day. The dentist has an attitude and make you feel guilty for having one. You ask them a dental questions and she will smack her teeth and then give you an answer. By far the worst dentist I ever been too. And their place is dirty especially their bathroom.

If I had known that I would have to order another set of aligners with me having a month left to finish. I wouldn't have had you all extract a tooth that wasn't BOTHERING me. I would've waited to get that removed I CONSTANTLY ASKED SEVERAL TIMES COULD I STILL USE MY SET OF ALIGNERS HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE IF A TOOTH IS MISSING AND CANT HOLD THEM Highly disappointed and I ask could I use my aligners you told me yes which was a lie. Staff is nice and friendly but rushed to get me out. PLEASE know I will be meeting with the staff who worked on me & office manager on Monday!

I 100% recommend this dentistry. They are so nice and caring and did such excellent work to my teeth i am so grateful to have found them. I feel so much better already its mind blowing. They are definitely the ones to go to. Thank you so much!

I called to set up an appointment and the lady on the phone was very rude including her tone. I had explained to her that I had recently had gotten work done on my teeth by another dentist and she had told me "well you need to go back to whoever done your teeth". if I had trusted the previous dentist to work on my teeth again don't you think that I would go back to them and not being calling another dentist to help me???!

My name is Cathy Brooks and I've enjoyed the pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Since my first visit in September at Happy Smiles on Brook Rd, I've had the most pleasant experiences. The dentist and staff are very professional and courteous. They've done an excellent job taking care of my dental care needs. Thank you for your awesome service.

Both times I have been to Happy Smiles (once for a regular cleaning, again for a deep clean and few fillings) have been awesome. The staff is personable, the office is clean, and both times were pretty painless. The deep cleaning I had done by Dr Jiwani and her assistant was surprisingly relaxing. I had heard that the gum work can be rather intense and instead it was a breeze. I've had some rough experiences with fillings before. This instead only took a moment and again, was pretty much pain free. I already booked my follow up and have no intentions of going anywhere else, definitely recommend.

I got my two root canals done at this place. What I was quoted for was different then what I got as a bill in mail afterwards. They charge you wrong prices. I payed for permanent filling and they did temporary filling. I payed everything on my first visit and there was not suppose to be a second visit but due to my infection I had to come back after a week. That's were they charged me again when I payed everything. There is just one dentist in there so if you have an appointment you go in there and the same dentist is treating 4 patients at one time. I had to wait long hour to get my root canal done. It's own by Asian people. I would never go back there again and I will sue them for wrong charge and wrong filing. They tell you different prices and charge you more afterwards by saying you reached insurance max. When it's just them trying to make money. Read all the other reviews and you will see if it's just me or they are just ripping people off by running this business in unprofessional way just to make money.

I love them you may have to wait a little longer but I have good reason to gave 5 stars .i recently had some fillings done and it was really bad for me but because I have issues everytime I go to the dentist and the doctor did everything to help me finally I fell a lot better they not charge extra to me .

Unethical. They quoted me wrong prices and felt asking someone not to come back was the appropriate response for that person asking them to honor the prices they were quoted. No wonder there are no patients in the patient chairs in the back! I am a former dental assistant and marketing manager of dental offices.....don't go here. This dentist practice is located inside a shopping mall in Glen Allen. Its a total joke.
