I went to an appointment at this location they referred me to the woodlands location with the same dentist.. And they were supposed to get back to me about my gentle care sir and that was over a month ago and I still haven't heard from them. So much for caring about my dental health

My eldery mother has been going to see Nanavati for almost 2 years for dentures he made her and they have not ever fit correctly. On her last visit he told her she needed to go see an American dentist. What kind of dentist would ever say anything like that! The bottom line is he did not correct the problem with the dentures. Poor customer service

So grateful that they are one of the few whom DO accept my insurance! Calling and scheduling my appointment was as easy as pie, they answered very quickly and had availability the VERY next day! Will try to update after my appointment tomorrow with additional details on the doctor and experience.

Thank you to Doctor M. Nanavati and staff for taking the time and patients to put my mind at easy about a the day I had been dreading for awhile. Dental Implants is the procedure. Everything went smoothly. I am anxious to see my new smile. If anyone is contemplating dental implants I highly recommend Dr Nanavati at Happy Sapiens Dental.

Great customer service and the doctor is very communicative of what he is doing. The staff is very friendly and attentative. So much can be done in house that it gives them a lot of control in the overall outcome of every visit. I recommend Happy Sapient Dental.

This office used to be good- but they have recently hired staff that is rude and obviously does not know how to set up an appt. I scheduled a cleaning for my 13 year old son with a complimentary consultation (as per their website and a conversation I had with the office manager a month prior to the appt) for a tooth that has been chipped for 3 years and repaired twice already( so not an emergency dental appt). For one, they didn't even clean my son's teeth! The office manager said "he didn't want the cleaning" (which he said is untrue) but even if he did, HE IS UNDERAGE. Since when did they stop asking parents for guidance for underage patients? They quoted $460 for the filling because we are self-pay, which is quite higher than what we have paid for the last two repairs. So we told them we would shop around. They still charged me $140(for the consultation and an xray- which I was told over the phone would not be needed since it has not been long since his last appt) and proceeded to tell me they do not do free consultations... I guess I don't understand the meaning of the complimentary on THEIR website. She said she would refund all but $77, however, that has not happened. If you are looking for a shady place to take your family for dental care, I guess this would be your place.

Dr Nanavati and his team are phenomenal, they all go above and beyond any dental office has ever gone. I decided to take the long drive from Clearlake to Pinehurst on reading the fantastic reviews and being in a lot of discomfort and issues with my current dentist. I had a partial crown that broke and came unglued 3 times so I got the appointment in an emergency and I cannot begin to tell you how smooth the entire process was from appointment handling to the very friendly front desk and the Dr explained everything so patiently and best of all not only did he explain but actually LISTENED to my concerns and the crown was fitted in like a charm in the first go. I did not need any pain killers and it was the opposite with the other office where I was in pain and discomfort for weeks when the crown was put in. These days you do not find a dental office where the entire team is just so efficient. Dr Nanavati is the best and thank you for being a phenomenal dentist. Good dentists are a rare commodity these days.

The best dental experience. Patient, kind, and gentle. Works with your needs and your wants!! First time ever having a dentist ask me what I want to do. Doesn't push unnecessary meds. Awesome staff. So happy with this place!

Was great dentist and assistant dentist were great. My only concern is that I think they did not quote my insurance right. I ended paying the whole amount for a extraccion. Hope they fix this issue because I want to come back and keep doing business with them.
