They did a great job making my son's first visit in a long time a very pleasant experience. Everyone is great with kids and took the time to walk him through everything to make sure he was comfortable. Highly recommended.

If I could give negative stars I would. Prior to coming here for a check up my daughter had no complaints. They performed a "routine" check they prompted costly x-rays. To be told my daughter needed root canals caps and an excess of costly work. At the time I was paying cash. I provided my insurance on many occasions and I paid prior to the quirk that they wouldn't do without me paying first. To start getting phone calls about payment months later and when we went in for what I thought was when we would be getting answers they had her dad pay to for services again already paid for. Get a second opinion and do not allow your child to undergo any procedure.

Such an amazing experience! The dental assistant Angie was very thoughtful on educating us about children's teeth, while the dentist Dr. Sukhi was so patient and gentle with our son. Our son was super comfortable and all in all we enjoyed the experience. Recommend it to every kid!

This was my daughter's first visit to the dentist. At just 13 months old, I was expecting a struggle to get her visit done. The staff was very accommodating, gentle, kind and caring with her. The visit was very smooth. Love, love, love the fact they make animal balloons for the kiddos.

The ladies at the front desk have poor customer service. Please train your front desk employees well. I was there today with my Grandkids and the front was very noisy. One of the ladies at the front desk was assisting me. (She looked pregnant) not sure if she was. I asked her to repeat herself a couple times, I honestly could not hear her. She kept rolling her eyes at me. She had an overall bad attitude. Very disappointed.

This dentist is going south now, it used to be nice but not anymore. My daughter had three treatments the first one they sent the bill after treatment and insurance paid their part. The second one the asked 232 upfront and I told no send the insurance first, then send me my portion, and it came back 40 dollars. The third one they asked 232 upfront and I told them no send it to my insurance first, then send me my portion. They didn't like my challenges what they did was they called every one that came after me, and I sat there for one hour they called me 20 minutes before closing they put my daughter to the chair five minutes later they said we have reschedule your appointment because the cleaning machine is broken I knew it that wa BS

My sons disability was not respected even after it was clearly communicated when making a follow up appointment in office. We have came many times and over the last year each visit was more rushed and rushed. It had been communicated with the previous dental assistant (she was AMAZING) that he needed a calmer day and someone to be careful with wording to not trigger his anxiety. He wasn't even given 5 minutes to calm down. They took him in and immediately she ok we're going to put the gas on your face I looked at her and said did you not read his notes he needs some time before getting started. When the dr was there someone walked in 3 separate times in a 10 minute time frame. If your child has a disability I don't not recommend this location at all.

From the moment I called to the moment we left, we were treated with SO much care and understanding. My son has to travel long distances to do exchange with his dad and I. He hadn't seen a dentist in over a year because of scheduling conflicts and COVID restrictions. After a missed appointment I had scheduled with his dentist, they were not able to get us in before the weekend ended and he had to travel back to his dad's. The next time he would be in Seattle wouldn't be till Spring Break. Happy Kids Dentistry, Ecky, was happy to work with me. The doctor made time, and my son was able to get his teeth cleaned and a full work up done. We found he had 2 small flossing cavities and needed fillings. The dentist made sure my son was seen THE NEXT DAY at their Auburn location because "We got this momma!" Words cannot express how grateful I am for their team and how much effort they put in to make sure my son and I were taken care of and that his dental needs were met.

We had a GREAT experience at Happy Kids for our first visit the other day! The staff was attentive, kind, and respectful of our medical wishes. My kiddo also has sensory issues so they waited until her appointment was over to bring back more patients. I can't tell you how much that means to us. They were also flawless with sanitation guidelines and we are excited to continue care there.
