I want to give the biggest shout out to Happy Friendly Smiles Dentistry. The entire experience was amazing. My son had an emergency visit as a new patient. I could tell they already had a full schedule so they were definitely going to have to work as a team to keep the schedule moving. They didn't skip a bit from the front office staff, to all of the Dental assistants (especially Jenny), to Dr. Alyssa Pinnock. Dr. Lee also stepped up in a big way to help Dr.Pinnock and Jenny with patients because my son's case was so involved. I can't speak higher of this office from the care they provide, to the team work and even next day follow up care phone call from Jenny. Thank you Dr. Dexter for referring me to them and got all of your support as well. If your looking for a pediatric dentist I highly recommend Happy Friendly Smiles in Kissimmee.

i brought my daughter in the assistant that was helping me was jasmin she was amazing very helpful did the best she could to make my daughter comfortable. she's great with kids! But when Dr.Lee came for the exam she was very disrespectful to the assistant rolling her eyes quizzing the assistant being rude to my kid as well !! other people that has taken there kid here has said the same thing but it was just shocking to me i felt so bad for the assistant you can see the sadness in her face the way this doctors treats her this is not her first time doing this and it needs to be addressed immediately!!

Horrible front desk service I called everyday for one week over and over just to see if I caught them on a busy day every day I left a message no one called back. You have to go in person to schedule an appointment cause I promise you won't get a call back or answered when you call them. Switching dentists. Went one time and have not been able to get an appointment since.

Worse office, you have to call more than 10 times to get someone on the phone. Customer service is awful and no one is aware about the HIPAA law at the moment of talk with parents or guardian about the services performed. I'm not recommend this office.
